  You can print a report from the Fax activity log. In my view, there is a limit that it can print from history.

  • Touch the Fax icon on the printer.
  • Menu fax.
  • Fax reports.
  • Fax activity log.
  • Print the report.

  The manual, in the section on the fax beginning on page 60, begins the second sentence with: "you can schedule faxes to be sent at a later date...". ».

  I was not able to find more information about this in the manual, or in dialog boxes when you choose the 8625 as my FAX printer and dialog boxes to send a fax.

  I'd be happy to use this feature via the print/fax HP driver if it is actually available and can someone tell me how to do, or, I would gladly use Windows Fax-Scan to plan faxes for transmission later if someone could tell me the network address (WFS is asking for a network fax server address) to use.

  Your printer user's guide does not say it's either lying to you or information is missing.  I don't know which is the case.

  The following is from the HP Photosmart 7520 user's Guide on the same topic (Page 28):

  Excerpt:

  Schedule a fax to send later

  You can schedule a fax black and white to send in the next 24 hours. This allows you to send a fax in black and white, later in the evening, when telephone lines are not as busy or telephone rates are lower, for example.

  The printer automatically sends your fax to the specified time.

  You can schedule only a fax to send at once. You can continue to send faxes normally, however, a fax is planned.

  NOTE: You can only send regular faxes in black and white.

  To schedule a fax from the printer control panel

  1. load your original face up to print down in the right front corner of the glass or the side to be printed in the automatic document feeder.

  2. Press Fax and then tap Settings.

  3. touch Send Fax later.

  4. Enter the time by touching the up and down arrows touch AM or PM, and then touch done.

  5. Enter the fax number using the keyboard, touch (speed dial) to select a speed, or touch (call history) dial to select a number already dialed or received.

  6. press start fax. The printer scans all of the pages and the time is displayed on the screen. The fax is sent at the scheduled time.

  I guess since you asked here in a Thunderbird support forum for these faxes come to you by e-mail and you use Thunderbird.
  Thunderbird offers just your mail. It has nothing to do with the naming of files.
  There is no difference between a .tif and a file .tiff except for the number of characters in the file extension. You can rename the file yourself if your system will not accept the 4-digit extension.
  You can always contact the sender and ask them to change the name before you send it.

  I understand a computer running Windows 10, which had the printer installed using a Setup disk, now knows the pop ups. My best advice would be to uninstall the printer completely from a PC, the HP printer install wizard for Windows instead, to ensure that the most current drivers for Windows 10 are installed.

  I have a document ready to be sent by fax.  I have my fax through Fax Server Setup.  This is an error indicating that no account no has been implemented in Windows Fax and Scan accounts, even if there is.  I go ahead and close the error window and it allows me to continue to do the outgoing faxes.  I have check the fax was sent and it was very good.  How can I make the application aware there is a configuration of accounts with the fax server, and not the error have developed each time?  I tried to delete this account and re - enter, which did not work.  I am running Windows Vista 32-bit.

  I'm trying to scan with my HP Officejet 4500 and it is not allowing me to do. When I turn on the printer it says "failed to scan. "Cannot scan, copy or fax. When I try to scan, I have the wireless option to send it to my computer and when I choose my computer, nothing happens and it takes back me to the scan, copy, fax menu.

  I tried installation and resettlement and unistalling too many times. I also unplugged all the wires. Nothing works. I had problems with this mutiple printer and it is not even a month. How can I solve this problem.

  I'm afraid that the error you are getting means that the firmware is glitched, or the scanner lamp is out. If the firmware is glitched, the printer might actually be fixable, but if the scanner lamp is out, there is no much you can do. The document below will take you through a few steps to try. If this does not work, try to do a partial reset. If nothing works, you need to replace your printer. If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out.
