  We just bought this printer last week and everything seems to work on it except that anythin that print us it is supposed to be green out of blue, and something that print us that is supposed to be red comes out pink well. Also other colours (purple for example) seem to come out with a shadow behind it.

  The only thing we can think is that the yellow is not working properly, but we are in no case the printer experts, that is why we are here today.

  I used the M375nw on my home network for some time - wireless. We recently had a problem of cable modem and the ISP has swapped the modem to another. The rest of our home network works well, but I can't the M375nw to connect. To the front panel of the printer, I went to wireless menu and again entered the network password. The device says 'connection... '. "but never get there. The summary of the report says "waiting for a wireless configuration". I have tried to delete the printer from my Windows 7 computer, but now cannot add this back - the wizard never finds it.  How to bring back my wireless connection? Thank you!

  I'm glad that you were able to find the desired settings.  Unfortunately, you will not be able to update this option at the front; However, a shortcut can be created within the scan dialog box.  This will keep the settings, then select the shortcut to the scanning interface, rather than setting up each time.  Also if you click on the app scan or the print from the desktop icon, rather than access programs (if icons are not on the desktop, right click the application in the folder to send a shortcut on the desktop).  If you want to learn more about your product, click here

  Steps to follow:

  1 open scan dialog box

  2. change all the settings as you wish

  3. Select create a link shortened under list of shortcuts

  4. name you like

  5. click on ok, the shortcut should appear in the list of shortcuts

  6. test functionality shortcut

  However the native scan and ReadiRiS does any good in terms of improving the quality of scanning.

  I tried scanning documents with the recommended 300 dpi. Also, I used only B & W and grayscale for the tests.

  When I'm trying to 'print the information sheet', for example, the printer is not able to connect (stay on 'Sign in' loop indefinitely).

  My printer is less than a Vodafone EasyBox router, with firewall disabled and no specific barriers defined by me.

  Should I set some port forwarding (even if they should apply to ignore the firewall, when turned on) or any other specific configuration in the router?

  To enable Web Services fumctionality, you'll need to install the latest firmware on your printer (version 20160525)

  You can locate the current version of your printer by selecting configuration > reports > Page of Configuration, the firmware version is listed under the information section on the printer.

  Updated the firmware on Linux by following these steps, but I don't know if the latest firmware is available for Linux or not, try:

All other remote features function normally printer in wireless, including HP Scan & Capture. Is there a possibility to correct this, via the Windows registry from my PC?

I have no access to a support plan and use the printer in my home office network.
