HP m9500z is crushed, able to reboot and restore, now no start HP screen, just hangs
HP m9500z is crushed, able to reboot and restore, now no start HP screen, just hangs. After disconnecting the power for several hours, I was able to get the system running, ran scans disk for errors, no problem. a few minutes after vista is that it crashed again. When you restart the fans launched full speed, no start hp at the start screen, nothing. I tried to reset the CMOS using the jumper trick, nothing. removed the battery, nothing. I even tried the blind stuff, I have seen suggested, as pressing F10 for 8 seconds, etc.. during one of the last times before that it's totally off I ran the diagnostic of the system BIOS, everything was fine. I think I have a corrupted bios. Any ideas? Could be a motherboard fried, but I hope that its not so bad. Product num nh836av-aba.
From your description, I would unplug the video card and the video shipped by train. The specifications of your mb should be these: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01635688
Please make sure you have an esd protection and immerse in your unit without first physically disconnect power to the wall outlet

Computer recently downloaded and tried to run a update and system now cannot start Windows
As the title suggests, there was a failed an automatic update attempt. System attempted to automatically repair the problem, couldn't. I tried to restore to a checkpoint before the update attempt. This was failed several times. Each time the system reboots and the tent to start windows but ends with the blue screen crash every time.
I am able to go into windows in safe mode, but it ends up doing what I was doing outside of windows.
The blue screen is not displayed for a long time, but when he does has what I think is an error code or something... This code is always the same - as I saw it several times, I managed to write it: 0x0000007F.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

Installation of XP Mode on Windows 7 Enterprise x 64 fails to reboot and restore the settings
I just got my new machine that has Windows 7 Enterprise x 64 SP1. I try to install XP mode. Following the instructions on the Windows XP Mode download on this site. I was able to install XP Mode using the installation program downloaded, it (WindowsXPMode_en - us.exe). I rebooted the machine. Then I tried to install: Windows6. 1 KB958559 - x 64 - RefreshPkg.msu
The package installs and then want to reboot. After the reboot, when it arrives at the end of the installation. It-error and return rollers. What I am doing wrong? I tried to uninstall and reinstall XP Mode, including going back to my restoration shows until I started this.
After XP Mode installed, I get all the entries for the XP mode in my Start menu under all programs. I do not have the folder C:\Program Files\Windows XP Mode
I read this page. I understood the question. When I got my new machine, they had installed Windows Virtual PC 2007, which shows only as Windows Virtual PC on the start menu. I watched the video on installing it and noticed that the Virtual PC, I had in my Start menu was not a record. Looking at the installed programs showed me this gap. Uninstall allowed KB958559 must be installed. Everything worked as expected from there. Thank you.

Unable to activate the existing tabs. I have no problem with the restoration of a previous session or by opening the previous tabs, but although the new tabs are created - because I see them when I restart Firefox - they are invisible until I restart. In addition, some, but not all menu options are not available, until I restart.
Any advice would be appreciated,
See you soon,.

Hi philipp and cor - el, thanks for advice on my problem with the tabs on Firefox gel. After the safe boot mode, I think I have identified that the problem was an add-on, which enabled me to manage and save Firefox sessions.

Computer hangs when rebooting and intermittently does not start power
When you restart the computer, it stops but does not restart. At the stop, the fan continues to run, and is turned on. To start the computer, hold the power for several seconds, waiting and power of the machine back on. Sometimes it takes several tries to get the computer to boot. Two things: there must be an easier way, and if I damage your computer in any way with this manual extinction?
Hi head of I-d-10-T.
Try toclean boot to see if it's a program or process that is causing the problem to stop. Also, in Safe Mode, run your antivirus. If you do not have an antivirus installed, you can useMicrosoft Security Essentials to scan you computer.

window mail contact restoration of system backup and restore files
I backed up my system on a portable hard drive, he said, he would return to the top of my window vista email contacts and emails, but when I tried to restore themn he wasn't able to find it can help any one?
Hello
The WindowsMail.MSMessageStore file is the file of database of WinMail. You will not be able to backup and restore that easily. You should back up the registry keys and the entire message store and no not only the database file. The WindowsMail.MSMessageStore file is only the database and does not contain messages. The messages are in the same directory, but under the directories that correspond to message folders in WinMail. Old Windows Mail would be apt file to search for.

Satellite M50D-A-10W - error "reboot and select proper boot device."
I have a Toshiba Satellite M50D-A-10W passing me all nuts "reboot and select proper boot device."
This has happened before and it was solved by ctr-alt-del and F12 to get into the BIOS where the date went back to some time in 2010 - after put so far and to change the boot device, everything worked fine... until the next day.
Now I get the screen "reboot and select good boot device ', but the F12 key does not; I also tried F2... the message keep multiplying, no BIOS...
Help, please! In some cases the BIOS is only accessible by pressing the button turn off force on the lower side of the unit.
Info:
http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/TSB3C03JR0000R01.htmAfter that you were able to start the windows system, its highly recommended to update the BIOS as BIOS update would solve this annoying problem.

Reboot and select good Boot Device problem - my PC does not start!
Hi all
Whenever I turn on my computer I get the message "Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key.
I checked the diagonistics material and these are the results:
Test CPU-
Hard drive: failure of the connection Test - Error Code: BIOHD1
Memory - past
I don't think that the issue is a faulty connection. My reason to believe so because I think that I had a virus on my computer (I was not able to confirm) I tried to delete the last time I was able to use the computer. Then I turned off the computer to restart, but unfortunately, that's when I got this error message.
I had this problem once before (about 3 years ago) and I was not able to solve this problem, so I just stopped using the PC. Then one day my Dad turned on the computer (a few months later) and it worked all of a sudden.
Anyone know what this problem is? How can I solve this problem?
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you very much for your time and effort!
Additional information:
It was originally a windows 7 PC, but I have upgraded to windows 10, which is the current operating system.
Product: HP p6620f
I managed to start my PC again.
I have unplugged all connections and left it that way for about 24 hours. Then I plugged everything back in and all of a sudden the PC worked again. I don't know if it will last, but right now it works.
I'll write another post if something changes.

When I turn on my PC or after mode 'sleep' my motherboard will load but then nothing else... White screen. If I reboot and select Safe mode it loads. If I reboot in safe mode then everything works. Windows loads, everything works.
I have this pc for 3 years. My system was full of unused and unwanted programs, so I rebooted to Vista, deletted all my old files that Vista had moved into the "old." This is when I started having this disorder.
(I made this process more yet to see if it would help with no luck)
My first thoughts were video driver... downloaded the new drivers 3 times. scanned all the other drivers for updates ect. nothing seems to help...
Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you
Dave

-Download a new copy of the software/drivers on the website of Realtek here: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2
