HP Officejet 7610: Print the task remains stuck in the queue

I want to install a 7610 Deskjet to print via WiFi on my home network to a windows PC 10.

It prints pages test locally, and the computer (preferences Print - print a Test Page).

It still prints the first document, but that the document never leaves the print queue. His status will be 'print' and sometimes size will show that all the file has been sent (e.g. 123/123 MB and sometimes it will show almost all has been sent (for example 120 MB / 123 MB).)

The doctor Print (v4.9) downloaded and installed: HPSupportSolutionsFramework - 12.5.26.37.exe. The print doctor always reports "Print queue problem solved" and remove the blocked entrance. I can clear the error by deleting files to print that and restart the print spooler service. However it only lets me exactly a document more having to restart the print spooler.

Tried to use an other PC Win10, same symptoms

Printing a small text file or print a Page of Test works, but any file to print several pages fails. A tried. PDF. Docx, Web page of the Chrome or edge and all fail.

Help?

Did you check the firmware of the printer? (Link to firmware HP)

  • OfficeJet 7610 Printer Wizard option disappears from the list of options

After having initially installing my 7610, clicking the printer from devices and printers would bring a window with an image of the printer up and four options - Assistant printer, see what's printing, set preferences, and customize your printer. Today, there was a message in the upper part of the window indicating there was an update to be applied, so I said to apply. After the update is complete, the window has changed and now there are only three options - Printer Wizard disappeared. It's the same thing with a 6500 printer on my network.

I use the Printer Wizard to manage all my printers and especially to control scanning. I tried to uninstall all the drivers, then by downloading a new copy of the full of HP and reinstalling software, but the option is still missing. HP did move it somewhere else and not tell anyone?

    Hello

What happens when you click on the HP Officejet 7610or 6500 from the desktop or the start menu icon? You can access the HP printer Assistant or you would see any different behavior during the launch of the software?

The alignment page will print until it completes successfully.  Try print a page of diagnosis as on the Six Solution on this page. Do all color printers correctly?  The alignment will fail if the parties in black and color do not print correctly.

  • OfficeJet 7610: Printing on computer paper Grafix

I am trying to print photos on this book designed for transfers of art. The instructions on the paper say to take your printer to print on a transparency, but there is no setting for this on this printer. I tried to print on normal parameters and best and the Gourio ink upwards on two of them all too. Did anyone mind sharing their work around that?

Do you use inkjet media?  Computer Grafix offers multimedia documents for ink jet and in different media for Laser printing.  The two are not compatible, make sure that you use the media location.  In addition, inkjet media has two sides, make sure that you print on the right side. Tea Computer Graphix site:

How can you tell that side is Inkjet printable on the. 004 "Matt inkjet film 2 faces?

Using a highlighter, draw a line to the multiple colors on each side. The side of ink jet should be brighter and more uniform lines. The side no - ink jet should be dull and the lines do not necessarily match. The highlighter may also do not dry on the side no - ink jet.

Do you sell a movie that can be used in Laser and inkjet printers?

No, just one or the other.

  • HP Officejet 4630: 4630 Officejet prints the document

HP Officejet 4630 prints the document.  An error message appears, but there is no error #.  I ran printing HP and doctor scan and it says that the printer works fine.

    Hello @LindaSS!

Thanks for posting on Forums HP thr!

I see you found a mistake on your Officejet 4630 when you try to print complete documents.  The error on the printer or on the computer or both.

Is the printer that is capable of performing a photocopy.  I suggest to try a copy of photo on the printer to make sure that the hardware is OK.  If the printer is able to copy, then you're probably looking at a software related issue.

If copying success so the first thing I recommend is to uninstall the HP software. Once the uninstall is complete, it would be wise to perform a cleanup of the computer disk. A disk cleanup will improve the performance of the computer and remove the temporary files that may cause problems during the installation of the software. Once disk cleanup you must restart the computer and reinstall the HP software.

To uninstall the HP software, click here: uninstall the HP software

To perform a disk cleanup, click here: perform a disk cleanup

To download the HP software, click here: HP full feature software and driver

  • Printing HP Officejet Pro 8600 stuck in the queue - Wireless Intermittent

We have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 (CM947A) that we used it for several years without problem.  I use the version of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.  We have two PC that print wireless.  There were several days of work began to get stuck in the print queue of the printer for both PC to print.  I can cancel the printing of the queue, but the next task will be stuck again.  I print Microsoft Word documents contain a single sentence.  The problem goes away if I restart the printer, but the problem comes back the next morning.  I have re-installed the software print and changed the channel on the router on channel 8 that uses the null in the region.  The printer firmware is up-to-date.  The HP printing software and doctor Scan has not solved the problem. The indicator on the right side of the printer's pale blue wireless is enabled when the problem occurs.  When print jobs are stuck in the queue, I can not connect to the printer by typing the IP address in a browser window.

This problem has been resolved by the above phone support number.  We have solved the problem by changing the encryption on the router to WPA2 to WPA + WPA2.   The router is a Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO Router P57746-B.

  • OfficejetPro 6830: Officejet 6830: print jobs print but remain in the queue, must be deleted manually

I just installed a new 6830 of Officejet Pro on my home network - WIFI access.  I installed the driver on each of the two PC of Windows 7 x 64 using Setup.exe of the CD.  All work computers print is printed, but stays to work in the queue so the next task will not display until I manually remove the work with printers and devices-> 6830-> see whats printing.   The symptoms are the same on computer A and B.  I used the HP print and Scan doctor on computer.  He said he has made changes and I restarted.  There is no change in behavior.  I also deleted the driver on computer A and re-installed the software using the installation CD Setup.exe and rebooted.  No change.
    .
I've seen some similar complaints but many responses suggest cleaning registry system, Services, etc.  Given that the behavior is the same on each computer, I don't think it's a software system.  Each computer has a different story.
    .

    Any help would be appreciated.

Solved by poster: I used the doctor on the other computer (B).  Yet once, I learned that the changes had been made and I rebooted.  Now when I print, the jobs leave the queue on both computers.  This seems a strange liitle that change from one of two computers that access the printer through WIFI would affect printing from the other computer.  But I am happy - I was about to send the printer back because I had just bought it.

    .

Summary: I followed the instructions for the 'doctor' in http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02205477.

  • OfficeJet 4500 510n - print jobs stuck in the queue when using wireless

    Hello

I bought just a new Officejet 4500 510n yesterday and I have a Dell with Windows 7 64 bit laptop that I connect to the USB or wireless. The reason for this is that sometimes, the laptop is not right next to the printer and we need to print things (for example, my wife works upstairs sometimes with the laptop and the printer is downstairs in the living room). I was able to get the configuration of the printer on both the wireless and USB without any major problems and it prints fine when I print via USB. However, when I print wireless, the print job appears in the queue and shows that it is printing, but he never curls work all the way. The work gets "stuck" while waiting in line, for example, it gets stuck at 772 bytes of 940 bytes

I downloaded the HP Print Diagnostic here tool and ran it and and it passed all the tests first time. However, when I goto the last test, which is to print the test page, it sends the print job to the queue and then everything gets stuck as indicated above. I was able to cancel the job and it comes off very well, but restarting the work does not work, it just get stuck again. Meanwhile, I don't get ANY error messages at all.

Here's what I've done regarding troubleshooting:

    -Ping the printer - spent

-Restart the service print spooler - no change to the problem

-Check that the printer is set as deafult - spent

-Update of HP Ran to ensure there is no missing updates - found 2 updates and install them

None of the above has solved the problem, so I'mm this ad here in the hope that someone may have had this problem before and fixed it.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply.

It turns out that I could solve it myself. I went to add the printer wireless on another laptop, I have here on my home network and it printed a page of test very well, so I thought it must have been a bad installation on the main laptop.  I removed everything and reinstalled as a wireless printer, and it worked perfectly. Amazing what can make a bad installation.

  • Jobs FRUSTRATED stuck in the queue on Officejet 6500 with IP printing

I'm especially frustrated because I just typed in many details, and when I click on "Preview" my text disappeared. Thank you, HP!

Like others, I have an Officejet 6500 E709n. Print a test page, the diagnosis, the HP printer utility page, I cannot print any document. "They simply wander in the queue with the message host ' 192.168.2.6 network ' is busy. retrying in 10 seconds... forever. Yes, I tried to delete and add the printer again and he gets found very well.

    I can print with USB.

I can print with Hello (but which is slow, so I turned off)

It's okay if my OS X 10.5.8 laptop is connected wirelessly or through ethernet.

The printer is connected to the router Wireless Ethernet. At the present time, my mac is connected to the same router by ethernet. I just started the HP printer utility and printed page setup very well, showing the ink levels.

I'm guessing that it is a problem of intellectual property, and that the HP printer utility uses a different protocol to connect to the printer. Yes?

Fine, I can print from Windows 7 computer that is connected by ethernet on the same network. IP addresses are correctly reserved.

Please, someone help. I have a forthcoming major surgery and won't be able to walk upstairs to the office, so I really want to be able to print wireless from below. I bet once wired print jobs, the wirelss go, too.

Well well, thanks to the kind soul who wrote this:

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/Mac-printing-and-scanning/duplex-printing-with-HP-OfficeJet-6500-wireless/m-p/129735#M3716

    (useful text cited below)

You can also modify an existing printer driver:

    (1) system preferences > Print & Fax

    2) click your printer

    3) click on the Options button & supplies

    4) click on the driver tab at the top

    (5) in 'print using... '. "drop-down, choose Select printer software...

    (6) locate HP OfficeJet Pro L7700 in the list

I followed the instructions to turn my printer OfficeJet OfficeJet Pro L7700 6500n driver. Let the JetDirect Protocol.

Now I can print when connected to the Ether - and I can print duplex. AND I can print wireless.

To sum up: If your print jobs stuck in the queue to print on a HP OfficeJet 6500n, but you can ping the printer or you connect via the HP printer utility, the following workaround solution:

Change the IP to JetDirect Protocol

Change the 6500n to OfficeJet Pro L7700 OfficeJet printer driver.

    SOLVED.

  • HP Officejet 7610: On computer, the screen is an object that is round. When it is printed, the object's oval.

Help please. My printer is a HP Officejet 7610. On my computer Windows 10 screen, a document image is 'round '. When the document is printed, however, the image becomes an "Oval". I need to be round as the document. What could cause this do? How can I solve this problem? I don't know if it's a problem of printer or a computer problem. Any & all explanations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Larry,

I thought you would like to know that my problem is solved. Round objects are now actually round instead of oval. I looked in your advice re: Adobe Reader & eventually remove it completely.

My main problem, however, was that my resolution is set too low. Don't know how it changed to weak, but he did change. I must have done something that caused his change but don't know what. In any case, changed the setting in place for my computer and voila! Everything is back to normal.

    Understand your willingness to help.
