HP Pavilion P6641F ABC power not on
HP Pavilion P6641F ABC, Windows 7 64-bit power not on.
The cables from the computer to the external power source are correctly connected.
The socket external works correctly.
The green power led on the rear of the computer is flashing (flashing). The fact the green power led on the motherboard.
How could I solve this problem?
Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
Congratulations for your detective work. Sorry it was not better news or a low-cost solution. Your choices include;
(1) find a card identical replacement and "tattooed it" so you can still use your HP recovery disks
(2) find a replacement identical card and make an image of the hard disk (this kind of becomes your recovery image) or buy a new copy of Windows
(3) buy a compatible motherboard for AMD AM3 micro-ATX (9.6 "x 9.6") and buy a new copy of WIndows
Please send Bravo

HP Pavilion HPE h8-1200z CTO: update Win10 support video card power not on
I need to upgrade to Win10. The current GeForce 7500 video in my HP Pavilion H8 1200z is not supported, and Nvidia is not writing a new driver for it.
I bought a PowerColor Radeon HD5450 1 GB which is supported by Win10.
My system will not produce any video when turned on after installing the HD5450 video card.
There was a suggestion elsewhere on the web that I may need to update the MB BIOS to take in charge this "so-called" compatible PCIe card back.
There is no latest BIOS listed on the site of HP for this Gigabyte MB support.
Is it possible to get this video update of work in my PC?
Yes, I'm puzzled as to why it doesn't work anymore. Maybe try a Geforce 5 * series or 6 * series card that also supports Windows 10. The real card that has begun is problem is not a great artist, then maybe a lower in the 5 * or Geforce card 6 * series will do.

HP Pavilion dv7-1240us: Pavilion dv7-1240us | Does not - battery LED flashes constantly
Greetings! I bought a laptop HP Pavilion DV7-1240US. When the battery is connected to the laptop and the power adapter is plugged in, the battery light flashes continuously in intervals of 1 second. When I take the battery, the laptop power not on at all.
I did a hard reset of the laptop, I checked the ram slot connections, deleted and reinstalled the hard drive and still can not get the system to work.
When the battery is connected to the laptop, if I press the power button, while the battery LED is lit, the system will try momentarily in power all keys quick adjustment on the Strip at the top momentarily illuminate, and he tries to switch to the top, only to die as soon as the led turns off.Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause of this? I would like to point out that the caps lock and caps lock Num-buttons Flash at all, and there is no beep sounds to speak, so I am at a loss.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thank you!Here are a couple:

The sound on my HP Pavilion G6-1a19wm does not work
Hi the sound on my HP Pavilion G6-1a19wm does not work. His "only" works when you use the audio plug with external speakers. I tried to uninstall the driver, update the driver, microsoft fix - it and troubleshooting steps. audio device present in the Device Manager and supposedly working properly, mute is "not"on." visually everything audio related things suggest that the audio is fine and troubleshooting finds no problem... what else could it be?
Hello
Try the following.
Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp55001-55500/sp55036.exe
One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers. Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.
When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.
Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu. Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER. Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.
Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete. Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation. Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices. Left click 'Speakers and headphones' (or speakers/HP) once to highlight and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.
Kind regards

Since they are both HP products you the best solution is to talk to them...
Most often when a device does not work, it is because the driver is damaged. Re-install a new copy should help -
HP Pavilion dv7t-3000 does not start
My HP Pavilion dv7t-3000 does not start. I checked this article: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01732674
According to who, the error condition is: 'non-functional CPU.
So if I buy a new processor and disassemble the laptop and replace the processor, it will fix the problem?
Perhaps, but it is much more likely to be the motherboard. If the motherboard is bad, you can't trust the blink codes that it generates. Failures of the CPU but rarely occur. Motherboard failure happens all the time.

When AC and battery power available, the laptop wants to run on battery. Test the battery with AC plugged ends upward with a message similar to "the battery is OK, but the test did not complete because AC is not plugged.
When the battery is removed, the laptop works fine on AC.
Unplugged AC and battery, power button that is held for a minute, reconnected battery and HQ - the problem persists. Tried removing / reinstalling compatible Microsoft ACPI control method battery driver - did not help either.
The laptop runs all the BIOS the most recent and the software updates that have been available through HP software support support.

Hello
Try disabling the startup of Windows 10 hybrid - you can do the following.
Open settings and select System. Select food and sleep, and then click additional power settings - in the next window, click on "Choose what the power button" in the left pane.
In the next window, click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable" (close), then Remove the check mark from the box against 'Turn on a quick start (recommended) '. Click on the button Save the settings, and then close windows open and stop the laptop by right clicking on the icon in Start Menu, select (Admin) command prompt and click 'Yes' to the uac prompt.
Type (or copy and paste) the following command (including spaces) and click Enter.
Shutdown /s /t 0
Start the laptop and let Windows take over completely for a few minutes before checking if it is now shut down properly in the Start Menu.
If this has fixed the problem, it may be useful by turning the quick start back on - sometimes simply remove and re-create the file will solve the problem.
Kind regards
