  Now, my laptop is sitting next to me, idling at about 50 degrees - which is a massive improvement on the 64 degrees it was yesterday!

  To resolve this problem, I used the method to blow all the dust from the orifice (covered many messages in this forum). However, I also dared to disassemble the laptop and give it a THOROUGH clean. It is a process long and complicated - but not beyond everyone.   At full load with 80 + C is not really a big deal. I can get my T430s with i7 and Intel HD 4000 to get at 103 degrees C when its new brand.

  Is that T430s was not really designed to have full voltage CPU in it, and instead, it is designed for LV or a ULV processor. Put the full voltage CPU also meant a large heat load to the power of processing 100%, the fan and the heat sink is scrambling to keep up.
