  It worked before? If so, I suggest restarting the base station AirPort, Mac and the Photosmart. Then test it again. Ensure that the Photosmart works well autonomous - try printing a copy on the device.

  Is only the failing printing and analysis very well? Or you are not able to install the device on your Mac at all?

  Already check the Photosmart is connected to your network and has received an IP address?

  Did you check to make sure that there is no WLAN LAN deny access rule? By default, even if you check the box for the trust Interface, there is a deny WLAN to LAN rule.

  My printer print carriage makes a horrible clicking sound and an error message shows (Ox61011bed).  The carriage does not move to the center when the cover is opened, but it moves freely when I move it.  There is no jam.  What should I do next?

  Looks like it's a complicated problem, but everything is linked together.  The mentioned error code, 0x61011bed, is an assert code which usually indicates an internal hardware error condition in the printer.  If transport action made a "horrible rattling" and will not move to the Center, then the transport route is probably what gives this code 0 x.

  There is a document with the steps to disturb a 0 x error type and can be found here.

  If you follow the steps and the error is still present, then I would contact HP Technical Support on this printer.  If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out.   Two nights, my HP printer was big.  Yesterday morning, tried to print a document runs to black but nothing printed ink on the past.  Did not get the message "low ink".  Check the ink levels: all colors, including black were about 25 to 30%.  I was able to print in color, which is blue.  I unplugged my printer for about 30 seconds, reconnected and restarted my laptop.  However, does not solve the problem.  I have a HP Pavilion dv6-3230us laptop with Windows 7.  Another problem aside.  My laptop is about 2 years old and for about a week, I have beening to have another problem.  Having been on the laptop for about 30-40 minutes, it will turn off by saying that the laptop is trying to overhet [but I still ensure that the fan vents are clear]; so I called HP becaue it kept recurring for about 4-5 days; they had me download a diagnostic tool and conduct a test to make sure that HP and RAM were very good - they were; then told me to use the laptop as usual and call again if the problem persists.  This is still happening and I have to remind them once again.  But cannot understand what is happening on my is not printing in black ink.  any help is appreciated!

  You may need to replace the cartridges. Color cartridges blend to blend in the dark, to make a true black color. When the cartridges are low on ink, it starts to print quality problems.

  -Very well, sounds like you might have clogged or dry print head. What I propose, is that you first use the Tools menu under Setup for clean print heads at least three times. If that does not improve the quality of your print (PQ) or if you already have gift which, I would say that you remove the printhead and clean the back of the cradle with a non fluffy cloth (like a coffee filter) and a little water. The section you want to clean will be triggered copper bumps where the printer makes electrical contact with the print head.

  I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8.  I tried to install my printer HP Photosmart Plus B210e with the installation CD, and it supports up to Windows 7.  I can still use the printer since Windows will install the necessary drivers without the CD.  The problem I have is that the printer is ALL that I can use without an installation CD that will support Windows 8.  I can't use my photo software that came with the printer or scanner.  I also need to print pictures and others and cannot do it either.  I've scoured the forums and the internet for a solution and so far I've found nothing on it.  I thought about the reorganization of a CD through HP, but why bother if it doesn't have been upgraded to WIndows 8 support (and when I drilled down on the details of the CD to see if it DID not support Windows 8, it wouldn't let me the info of the CD).  Can someone help me with this please?  My printer is just a little over a year and it of pretty frustrating HP knew that Microsoft would be the release of WIndows 8, but doesn't foresee everything to cela or provide information to their customers before selling all of these printers.
