  It worked before? If so, I suggest restarting the base station AirPort, Mac and the Photosmart. Then test it again. Ensure that the Photosmart works well autonomous - try printing a copy on the device.

  Is only the failing printing and analysis very well? Or you are not able to install the device on your Mac at all?

  Already check the Photosmart is connected to your network and has received an IP address?

• My HP Photosmart Plus B210e printer will not print black ink, only gray/color.

  My printer HP Photoshop more faithful 210th has stopped printing in black ink last week. It prints color beautifully, but where there should be black it comes out just as gray or white spot. I have tried two new ink cartridges, cleaned print heads, reinstalled the driver, all to nothing does not. I tried to align the printer, but it gave me a failure message. Need help please, I desperately need to be able to print to school! I have Mac 10.8, so I couldn't do the online troubleshooting.

  -Very well, sounds like you might have clogged or dry print head. What I propose, is that you first use the Tools menu under Setup for clean print heads at least three times. If that does not improve the quality of your print (PQ) or if you already have gift which, I would say that you remove the printhead and clean the back of the cradle with a non fluffy cloth (like a coffee filter) and a little water. The section you want to clean will be triggered copper bumps where the printer makes electrical contact with the print head.

  I have the HP Photosmart Plus B210e but you are unable to connect to my Verizon Fios router which is an Actiontex M1424-WR.   The printer detects the name of the router and I enter the WEP key, but it does not connect.   The diagnoses listed without filtering status summary do NOT.   I connected to my router and checked that no MAC filtering is enabled.   I have two laptops which have no problem connecting to the router.

  OK, so a simple reboot of the router solved the problem

  Hi, if the printer is on a thing of warranty that may be worth soaking the print head...

  (1) get a pan and put 1/2 "of very hot (not boiling) water in the bottom.
  (2) remove all ink cartridges, then remove the print head Assembly.
  (3) gently put the printhead nozzles down in water and soak for 5 minutes.
  (4) remove the print head and gently dry the electrical contacts.
  (5) replace the print head in the printer and then reinstall the ink cartridges.

  This is not possible.

  So that only the black color required for printing, any cartridge need to maintain the printer and keep the printhead health, to prevent clogging and damage the head of printing, so you will not be able to print at all if one of the cartridges are empty.

  HP Photosmart Plus e-all in one, read the error message failure, Oxc190013, ink on iMac system, ' the printhead has failed and can print is no longer.  3 color cartridges work but does not print black ink. I checked the surveys of the cartridge and the black is about half full, and it's a HP 564XL. I also removed the cartridge and the pad has not dried out. Is - fixable?

• Printer HP Photosmart Plus B210e range

  My printer print carriage makes a horrible clicking sound and an error message shows (Ox61011bed).  The carriage does not move to the center when the cover is opened, but it moves freely when I move it.  There is no jam.  What should I do next?

  Looks like it's a complicated problem, but everything is linked together.  The mentioned error code, 0x61011bed, is an assert code which usually indicates an internal hardware error condition in the printer.  If transport action made a "horrible rattling" and will not move to the Center, then the transport route is probably what gives this code 0 x.

  There is a document with the steps to disturb a 0 x error type and can be found here.

  If you follow the steps and the error is still present, then I would contact HP Technical Support on this printer.  If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. • HP Photosmart Plus - B210a printing problems

  My photo printer prints now all my photos in red.  First of all, this occurred when the ink cartridges were low.  I replaced the time and the Red pictures disappeared.  When photos started printing in red, I have replaced all cartridges with HP ink cartridges and made sure all cartridges have not all the bands on them to restrict the flow of ink, but still to print photos in red.  I also cleaned and aligned printheads several times but the problem persists.  By tools, my ink levels is now up to 50 percent of the Red photo printing.  I use photo paper bought at Costco, which is the same paper used when the images did print correctly.

  What should I do for the photo printer to get the pictures to print correctly?

  I don't know exactly of what has caused the problem, but I have speculations. It is possible that the ink pipes have stamps, air preventing the ink being subject to a push of the ink cartridge for the print heads. That's why it took 2-3 printheads clean processes to get the ink out. Another possibility is that the print nozzles are blocked and the print head cleaning process after several tests. Regarding prevention, the only thing that I could think off is to make sure to use the power button when you want to turn off the printer. This is to ensure that the print heads is capped correctly to avoid the obstruction. So basically when you get the power failure, be sure to turn on the printer as soon as you get back power. Run a clean print head immediately.

• Photosmart more B210e - print too close at the edge of the paper to the top edge

  I have a document I printed before without any problem.  Today, I made a few revisions; but it will not print properly - it prints to the edge of the paper [as it ignores the margin]; as a result, the entire document is offset.  I checked my revisions to make sure to not remove or add any formatting, etc..  This document is printed landscape and a table with 4 columns and 2 rows.  Everything that I printed today is correct.  I restarted my laptop and my printer.  Any help very much appreciated;  Thanks in advance... ahintx

  How to print on both sides of the page with my printer B210a?

  I tried with limited success.

  I print the odd pages, turn the printed around pages and put them in the feeder, then print the even pages.

  This translates into OK printing pages, but pages are in reverse order! for example, page 64 ends on the back of page 1.

  I need to reinstall the odd pages before you put back them in the charger?

  It's OK... I found the answer my self experimenting.

  The solution was to click on "Reverse the Pages" when you print the even pages.

  I got my printer (wireless) for my Apple for several years. Now it does not print. I replaced all the colors of the ink with the same HP 564 products. Ran test and it is printed. When I print an email it only prints the header and some links at the bottom of the page, but no text. Don't know what to do.

• HP Photosmart Plus B210e can't connect Wifi

  I've used this printer for a few years already. 2 days ago I went looking for 1 new store ink and now after I replaced it, it continues to display an error message: 0005FBB6. And after I gave it to the repair shop and it returned to normal. I have cleanned all printer heads and other parts also.

  So now, when I turn on wifi, it will display the message flashing all the signs when it connects to the wifi. And the display shows: Please switch off and restart the printer. After that I restarted, if I disable wifi before, it connects it. It goes back to normal.

  Today I went to the store with the printer again. And I did know that the printer works well with the other wifi. So, it seems like not my network for some reason any. What should I do now?

  Today I tried to reset the router. And I put brand new router. The printer started working now. It seems so it is the configuration of the router doesn't work is not a reason any.
