  • PhotoSmart Premium C309n-s stalls (' is blocked-Up ')

    I use my new Photosmart Premium C309n-s all-in-one printer with my new iMac i7.  The stalls of the printer, or 'hang up', sporatically when I go to print from Apple Mail or a Safari Web page.  I reinstalled the printer by using the update driver is indicated on the page of HP support for the printer, but the printer still stalls or hang up.  After a few minutes, sometimes in makes the large number of minutes, the printer ends the print job.

    I have the printer on my home network, using a new D-Link router, and the printer is connected wireless.  The other computer on the network (a computer Windows Vista) and another (HP C6180 all-in-one) printer work fine, so the problem is between my Apple iMac, the Photosmart Premium printer and perhaps the router.

    If I do a test print through the iMac Photosmart printer, it prints immediately without any problem.  I also noticed that if I need to print multiple jobs, after the 1st print job hangs up and finally print, the next print jobs print immediately without delay.

    Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    I think I solved the problem of "hang up."

    I deleted the printer in the printer settings file and reinstalled the printer a Bluetooth printer, rather than a network printer.  I printed several times from Apple Mail, Safari Web pages and from Microsoft Word for Mac.  Everything looks good... without complex.  I also checked to make sure that my other computers (PC) can still access the PhotoSmart Premium printer from the network, and they all work ok.

    This morning I received an e-mail from HP support, but support suggested that I have remove the printer software and reinstall the software.  I tried this before and it does not solve the problems of hang up... so I chose to ignore the advice of HP.

    It seems that there is some kind of conflict between my shared printer on the home network and my iMac... which was then solved using Bluetooth to access the printer from my iMac.

    I installed windows 7 on my hdx 16 and I need drivers for the printer / photosmart premium 309 c. Someone at - it a chance for the two to work together?

    I downloaded version 13 and have tried to install/uninstall several times. This includes the removal of the printer devices and Device Manager. When I try to reinstall I usually get a fatal error during 'configuration', the last step. I can print to the printer and I can run most of the photo. The center of solution won't work, which is a key piece of software for this printer. Any ideas?

    I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate (not beta). This software is properly installed on virtual xp but I prefer to run from 7.

    Can someone suggest and similar for the best as a replacement for my printer photosmart/premium.

    Also is there all of the printers that use individual inks as I believe that these new lights to be expensive cartridges.

    What Photosmart model did you have before? There are different printers IIC (individual ink cartridges) at the present time, all depends on what additional features you are looking for.

    Mainly interested in photo printing, or a mixture? Many of the new printers Officejet IIC are very good. Check out the Decisionator...

  • Windows 7 32 bit can not find the driver for printer Photosmart Premium C310a

    I recently had an update to the product directly on my printer Photosmart Premium C310a on Internet.  However, this then to Windows 7 (32 bit) to search for a driver for the printer but it could not find a.  If I click on devices and printers, it shows my device from the computer as requiring troubleshooting.  When I click on troubleshooting it signals that "Driver for Photosmart Prem 310 is not installed.  Install the latest version of the driver.  When I applied the fix, it indicates that the driver is not found.

    I tried to download the latest driver on the website of HP in various ways, finally to uninstall all HP software displayed in the Panel and then removing all the HP files remaining on my laptop.  I then ran PC Tools Registry Mechanic, disabled my anti-virus, restarted the computer software and reinstalled the complete C310a software on the HP site.  It ended without any problem, and after adding the printer to my list of printer, it is printed on a perfect test page.  However, Device Manager always reports the C310a driver is missing, but it cannot find a copy when it finds one.

    How can I convince the device manager that everything is going well (apparently)?

    apeace, I recommend you do as you did, uninstall the printer under programs and features but also by ensuring that this printer he is removed from the Manager of peripherals and devices and printers. Then after restarting the computer and by disabling the firewall, download the drivers and software for full adjustment and install them.

    HP Photosmart Premium Web Printer Model # C309ns (Microsoft 64-bit)

    Suddenly I'm unable to print in black.  When you print documents, black is low or absent.

    I tried to solve the problem of:

    -Updated the drivers and software updates

    -Cleaning of the print head

    -Remove all the ink and their replacement cartridges

    -Turning printer off, wait, then turn on

    -Restart the computer

    -Tried to align the printer, but it "failed".

    Help, please!

    Remove the ink cartridges and using the grey lever on the side of the cart, remove the printhead.  Clean the electric contacts (bunches of points 1/16 "diameter gold) with a damp lint.  The fabric will be ruined.

    Clean the surface of contact inside the carriage.  Re-monte and retest.

    My HP photosmart premium c309g (wireless connected to the network) is visible on my laptop but not on my computer by cable with windows xp, at least not by the HP software I have installed. When I enter the ip address of the printer in my browser on the xp machine, it opens the Web page, and everything seems fine.

    When I add a new device with the HP software it saids "printer is detected", but after a while, I get the message: in Dutch: het instellen van printer is mislukt, translated into English (I Think) "the implementation failed.

    The printer used to work on the computer. I don't know what I did so that it stops working. To solve the problem, I uninstalled the software and installed it again. The problem still exists.

    I tried the hp doctor. The printer does not appear. (The software showed a usb printer which was not connected at all)

    Is there a solution?

    1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup

    2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open

    3 open the Util folder

    4 open the CCC folder

    5. run the uninstall_L4 (exe or Bat)

    6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

    7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

    8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

    Bought a c310a e-all-in-one Photosmart premium in 2011-12.  He just started printing blank pages. I replaced all ink cartridges and now have the message: alignment failed. I tried the alignment printer and HP solutions without success. Is there a solution to this problem?

  • HP Expert day - error installing printer Photosmart Premium Fax c410a e - AIO

    I have Photosmart Premium Fax c410a printer e - AIO. The printer is connected to my wireless network. I have correctly set up HP eprint and Google Cloud print and can't seem to send documents directly to the printer. I installed HPeprint applications and order of HP printer on my iphone and they connect to the c410 are not able to print. The control printer also analyzes the app, copies and capture page.

    My problem is to install the software of the printer on my laptop running Windows 7 32 bit. I tried to load drivers and software from the CD and HP site, but always get fatal error 3/4 by the intermediary and the restoration. I tried to install base drivers and a complete software package with the same result.  They have a PinternControl for Windows?  It requires no drivers and wireless. Here is a screenshot of the details of the error message.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C309n printing problem

    My printer is giving the error message of "paper in paper tray" but tray is actually responsible. I tried to unload the shelf and reloading, but the message is still there. I tried the photocopy but still the same message. I tried to print photos on photo paper and still the same message. I also tried to print only an analysis of ink for my printer and even that won't do. I changed my computer from an HP to a Mac... can this have anything to do with it at all? I was able to pair my router wirelessly with the printer, so I'm good wireless. Thanks for any help.

    If the device is even having this problem when copying, then maybe it's a problem with the hardware, paper sensors or the internal firmware that controls the sensors.

    Please help - use Open Office - have implemented the size of envelope DL - have also established format of DL envelope on the printer.  However, printer will print-it feeds an envelope in the print position and then tells me it is out of paper.

    Before I through it out the window please can someone solve this problem for me?

    I found that you could not print envelopes when both sides print mode is in automatic mode. Prints OK when set to off, but must return to preferences from the Control Panel, printers and return automatically. A bit of a pain, but it worked for me.

    My printer worked perfectly with my PC, iPad and for printing via the web for 8 months until a couple of weeks since when, after downloading an upgrade of the software it only works with the PC on my home network.

    A previous post caused some advice very complicated HP about changing IP addresses that I followed to the best of my ability (as a user of ordinary consumption), but nothing works.

    I have reset the printer to factory settings, but it has not yet resolved the problem.  When I try to restart the web services, I receive a message saying "problem connecting to the web services server.

    I'd appreciate a few simple and effective tips that I just bought this thing for web/e-print services.

    I have a printer Photosmart Premium C310a that I already returned a printer to the store for this same problem. After that initial set-up of the printer was working fine (not to mention that the white lines printed in the photos, but I could deal with it). As I said, I returned the first because I couldn't get the printer to print anything. Would make sounds as it was printing, but then spit on a blank page, no matter how, I have printed or copied.     The printer started to play up. Symptoms: when I try and print on it from my Macbook Pro, it causes the printer restart. The documents are not particularly complicated.     I understand that you experience problems printing from your computer Mac OS X 10.10 to your HP Photosmart Premium e-all-in-one printer C310. I would like to help you to solve this problem today. I also want to thank you for all the details that the you have included in your original post. Based on this information, I agree with you that this problem is caused by the computer Mac OS X 10.10. Can I please you follow the steps below.

    Step 1: Resetting the printing system:

    To begin, I will have you reset the printing system on your Mac because it is important that we have a pleasure to work with for troubleshooting clean slate. Please click herefor instructions on how to perform the reset. When the site opens, follow the steps under"Reset printing in OS X Lion system." This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them po do add not your HP Photosmart back in right now.

    Once the reset is complete, proceed to the next step.

    Step 2: Uninstall the drivers and software:

    Please click here to find out how to properly uninstall your printer. Once the site opens select the drop-down menu 'Mac OS X v10.6, OS X v10.7, OS X v10.8 and OS X v10.9' because they are the same for Mac OS X 10.10 and follow the steps under the second method to complete uninstallation.
