HP proboog 470

I have hp probook 470 1, i3 4 GB with win7 32 biti. Why do I see only 2.14 GB memory used. In the bios memory allocated for video is 64 MB.

I don't think there are any memory allocation settings that you can change in the BIOS in this model.

One last thing, you can check (long shot)...

Run 'msconfig', go to the tab "Start", click "advanced options" and uncheck the box 'maximum memory' so it is checked.

Restart the PC.

If the maximum memory is not already selected, then unfortunately, others that the info I provided yesterday, I would have no clue why you see only 2.14 GB of memory can be used.
