Try to STOP and RESTART your printer spoller. I see you have an error in the front.
1. click on Start Menu
2. right click on COMPUTER
3. choose MANAGE

Our P1102W lost the wi - fi connection and we cannot get it back. Seems to be a printer WiFi issue.

I would like to reset the printer first to clear the previous network settings.
Turn the printer off, press and hold the wireless button and cancel (x button) while turning the printer on and do not release both buttons until the printer stops making the noise.
Print a configuration report and check the SSID address and IP are disabled.
Print a Configuration Page.
Plug the USB cable from the printer to the computer.

Windows as follows:
Run the Wireless Setup to set up the printer on the network again.
Go to start, all programs, HP, HP Laserjet P1102w, then select Wireless Network Configuration.
Steps to configure the wireless.
Then, unplug the USB cable.
Test the printer.
Mac as follows: (since you mentioned that you had the HTML option for your Mac)
Make sure that Safari is set as default browser. (sometimes the SAP will not open if it is not set by default)
Open Safari, at the top, select the Safari menu, select Preferences, general, as a default value.
Close all applications.
In the Apple menu bar, click Go, computer, MAC hard drive, library, Printers, HP, LaserJet, click the folder for your printer, click browser EWS or HTML config, it should open the webserver integrated for the printer to set up the wireless, and then click the network tab, click on wireless on the left and fill out your information.
