Kernel error NT 1256 and vturr.exe

Hello world!

I am having trouble with my computer, because when the system starts, shows the following messages:
NT kernel error 1256 KMODE exception not handled.

Then I get another windows and it says windows cannot access the file or the path window/system32/vturr.exe
And the last one tells: error loading windows\system32\ruecxbga.dll.

And as a result, I have problems with internet explorer and Messenger. They seem to sometimes not installed, although they are and I have to install again or they freeze.

Does anyone have an idea of how I have to solve the problem?

Thank you very much

Vero

Hello

I searched a bit for the file vturr.exe and it looks like a Virus, Trojan or malware.
That is why I would recommend update antivirus and look for the virus.

In addition, it would be desirable to run some anti spyware tools such as Ad-aware or Spyboot.

Best regards and good luck

    3. What is the brand and model of the computer?
    4. who help and support files are you referring to?
    5. what exactly happens when you try to open it? You get the error message?

cssauth.exe is related to the Client Security Solution.

Step 1: Try disabling startup cssauth.exe in the configuration of the system.

    Here's how:

    1. click on start > run.
    2. type msconfig and press ENTER.
    3. click on the Startup tab.
4 locate cssauth.exe, and clear the check box for this.
5 restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: If you still get the same error at startup then perform the clean boot on the computer.

From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

    Reference:
How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    1. click on start and then click Run.
    2. type msconfig and click OK.

The System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.

    3. click on the tab general, click Normal Startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.
    4. When prompted, click on restart to restart the computer.

I would also ask you to contact the manufacturer of the computer because the problem is with the client security software that is provided by them.

    Hi, Georgia,

This could be a limitation of the fast user switching feature.

The fast user switching feature may not work if there is insufficient computer resources to create a new Winlogon service thread. When there is insufficient resources, the system may stop responding (hang), the system may lock up computer or the user may receive a Userinit.exe error application and the following error message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000012d)

Method 1: In these cases, some users must log on to the computer, or you must close some programs to free up the resources of the computer.

    For more information, see:

A discussion on the availability of the fast user switching feature

This problem may also occur due to registry settings incorrect shell.

Method 2: Try the steps listed here.

Important: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/322756

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    a. press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and then click Task Manager.

    b. on the file menu, click new task (run...).

    c. type regedit and then click OK.

    d. in the left pane, look for, and then click the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

    e. in the right pane, double-click Shell.

    f. in the value data box, type Explorer.exe, and then click OK.

    g. in the right pane, double-click Userinit.

    h. in the data value box, type %windir%\system32\userinit.exe and then click OK.

Note The %windir%\System32 placeholder represents the path of the Windows folder. By default, C:\WINDOWS is the path of the Windows folder.
If you type an incorrect value in the value data box, you cannot connect to the Windows XP-based computer.

    i. exit the registry editor.

    j. restart the computer.

Check if this can help you.

    Hello

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

Updated drivers, BIOS and software control (if any) is a good idea.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - reset after each
    installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver in the Windows updates,
This leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause
questions. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it) and then go look for new ones
    manually if you wish.

Altogether. Yes, you can replace a hard drive in a laptop. If the laptop is still under warranty, contact Dell technical support. If this isn't the case, you can buy a hard drive for the laptop to your favorite online or offline store. I normally buy equipment in NewEgg.com. Of course, you will need to install Windows on your new hard drive. If you do not have a recovery with her media, you need get the Dell disks. After you have installed Windows on your new hard drive, if it was not with a recovery disk, you will need to download/install drivers and utilities from the Dell Web site, update Vista Service Pack 2, do all the Windows updates, install a good antivirus (I recommend ESET NOD32 for a commercial and Avast for a free) restore your data from backup.

If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad).

  • error: do not copy WIMGAPI.dll and NAPP7x64.exe of ram

I'm trying to factory reset my laptop that is running Windows 7.

I get these errors of two 2 ("' error: fail to copy the WIMGAPI.dll file to ram" and "error: fail to copy NAPP7x64.exe of ram" "), the one right after the other.

What can at the factory to reset the laptop without the CD with Windows 7?

    Hello

    I understand that you are trying to reset the PC to the factory settings (without CD) and you receive these errors. I'll be happy to answer your query. Let me ask you;

    • What is the brand and model of the PC?
    • Are you facing problems with the PC you want to reset to factory settings?
    • Which operating system was installed when you bought the PC?

The error you receive may be due to a corrupt disk sector or your recovery partition is corrupted.

Your computer is equipped with a recovery instead of disk partition.

This is how the recovery partition is available for the most popular brands:

For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device

For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

For LG, press F11 directly after switching on the device

For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo

For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.

For Samsung, press F4 to the power upward...

For Fujitsu, press the F8 key directly after the power

Advent, restart your computer. Then, press F10 repeatedly until the message "Starting system recovery"

Sony VAIO, reboot and press "F8" or "F10" repeatedly until the screen "Advanced Boot Options".

You may need to try several times to get everything above to work. If after several attempts, you have no chance, or the machine indicates that there is no recovery partition, your only option is to contact the computer manufacturer and ask for the model recovery disks.

After the reset, you should count with all updates from Windows Update EXCEPT for hardware devices. Then, you install a good antivirus. ONLY AFTER you have done this, if you replace the stuff of backups or install anything else.

Note: Back up your data prior to factory reset.

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.
