  After the upgrade to the anniversary edition the first thing I recommend is to update your drivers and software via Windows Update and HP Support Assistant.

  For some specific models of HP, there may be difficulties with audio destortion after update of the anniversary. Please see the following support document to see if your model in the series is in the list and the instructions to follow.

• HP 15 laptop: Sound problems after installing Windows 10 Anniversary Edition

  A few days ago, I downloaded Windows 10 Anniversary Edition on my HP laptop 15.  This version just as an update, and it was not not clear for me until it is complete. This laptop is new to me, bought in June of this year.  Since the update, the sound quality is poor; very rough and white noise in the background.

  Don't know what to do to solve this problem.  Someone else?

  (a) go to the Device Manager > Sound,...

  (b) develop its pilot, right click and uninstall.

  (c) to restart the machine and wait for 5 or 10 minutes

  (d) check sound now.

  VMware Tools works on Win2K but it requires at least that Service Pack 4 installed in the comments.  If you haven't already done so, try to update your VM on SP4, and then repeat the installation of the VMware Tools.

  I have the original disc of the product. It came as Windows XP SP1a. At in the past (a few years ago), I've upgraded to SP2. I started to receive a STOP error message. I tried to repair the installation of Windows XP Edition family. I can't say for sure right now, but it seems that SP2 just disappeared..., do not know immediately. I always face the STOP error.

  When I get things and rerun, can I put SP1a directly to SP3? I don't know the rules relating to the upgrade.

  The cost of the upgrade of Windows Vista Edition Family Premium to Windows Vista Ultimate Edition would have been about the same that the upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.  Given that Windows Vista Ultimate Edition is no longer sold through distribution channels, you might as well move to Windows 7 Ultimate.   ·        What is the full error message that you receive?

  a. you can disable the eSATA from the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) drive and then try to start the installation of Windows XP from the Windows XP disc.

  Note: Changing the BIOS / chipset can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/chipset can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

  b. After you downloaded and installed the SATA drivers from the manufacturer's website, reactivate the eSATA drive.

  So my computer by force the update to windows 10 the anniversary edition over the weekend and since then Photoshop did not work. Photoshop will pass through the loading splash screen and open the program and plant quickly. I have no idea why or how to fix it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop several times and it didn't work. I can't find anyone with a similar problem to mine is making it difficult to fix. I have a Lenovo ideapad if it is to have important information. If anyone has any ideas on how to potentially solve my problem, it would be much appreciated, thank you.

  I'm updating the partition Boot Camp on my Mac mini end of 2014. I use the Windows Upgrade Advisor 10. Everything seems to work ok but when the update is done and I start again under Win 10 I'm back to the previous version, 10240. I suspect it has to do with the graphics driver Intel 5100 Iris. I came across this problem with a previous update and managed to get through by removing the graphics driver Iris 5100.  This does not seem to solve the problem this time.

  Anyone got any ideas?

  It's the ISO 1607 available from Microsoft? If not, can you put the name of the file you are using?

  I use a HP desktop computer, model p6310f, who is about 2 years old and comes with Windows 7 Home Premium installed.  He also seems to be the 64-bit version (which is indicated in the computer system "Properties" section.

  I plan to upgrade to Windows Ultimate.

  Is it possible to switch to the x 86 version (32-bit), or do I have to upgrade to x 64?

  More important still, can anyone recommend which is a better choice?

  I also intend to improve all my MS software, and the same question applies to the Agency and other packages?  Any recommendations on whether to go with versions 32 or 64 bits?

  No detail, lack just the key needed to install the upgrade.

  Unfortunetly Microsoft cannot generate new without the old keys product keys. I look on the machine, if it's OEM and see if there is a key on it. If this isn't the case, then you will need to buy new software with a key.

• Cannot upgrade Windows Vista Ultimate Edition after the HD upgrade

  I have an ASUS computer which is about five years old and works fine. It runs only Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP1.
  The HD has been giving signs which is failing. I bought a new HD and copied the old HD to the biggest news. Everything seems to work fine until I tried to run Windows Update. It does not allow me to update and gives the 8024A 000 error code every time I try to run it. I called ASUS for help and they said

  I found the solution to this problem. I went to another Windows help forum. It is to reset the Windows Update program. I tried the one here on the Microsoft site, and it did not work. But I tried this one http://wind8apps.com/windows-update-error-code-8024a000/ and the fist solution worked like a charm. He fixed the update and install issues with Powershell 2.0. After that and a certain number of updates, it's updated, Windows Update will update to the latest version. After this release he went and found many updates, I had to install. So be patient, you're in for a little wait.
