HP support Asst. app.

I have a desktop hp pav. Med. CTR. a1268c updated for win 7 to xp, I can't support hp Asst. app. install, it says it does not meet the requirements min., Please HELP if possible!

Hello weluvhp,

It seems that it is possible that since your computer initially supplied with XP that you can not install Windows 7 to the HPSA version. The error you receive error 9996, mention you do not meet the requirements because it is a system check to make sure that everything is correct on the system. He made a call and fails at some point so he thinks that you do not meet the requirements.

Based on this HP Support Assistant forum thread I think your best option is to dual-boot the system and install HSPA on the XP partition or you can try the HP help and support. It's the HPSA with fewer options.

  • Smart phone BlackBerry Smartphones does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World

    Hello

    I just all new BB Curve 8900 on Vodafone. Its the first BB I've owned and I seem to have a bit of trouble. When I try to download the App World, I get the following error message:

    "Device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World"

    How can this be?

    OK then... interesting for Vodafone to push support far... Well, by I guess.

    So I guess that I change their instructions... rather than to remove an installed version of the AppWorld in the way they suggest, I suggest go to:

    Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications

    See if BB AppWorld is listed as installed. If so, highlight (but do not click) it and then press the BBKey and select Delete. If she wasn't there, then continue on these steps.

    Then do a batt pull reboot:

    With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

    Then re - activate your THS:

    Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > BBKey > sign up now

    Then re - send all the service books:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB02830&SLIC...

    Then do another reboot batt-pop.

    Then, get a new link for AppWorld from here:

    http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/services/appworld/download.jsp#tab_tab_download

    And re - download and install it.

    I hope it's going to go right. If not, then it could still be useful a call to Vodafone...

    See you soon!

  • C309G support Print Apps and eprint?

    Hi all

    I recently bought a HP C309G and I was wondering if this model supports printing and eprint apps?

    Good question. We do a lot to activate ePrint across many of our products, but I can't answer your question directly.  You can check this site for the latest information on HP ePrint and relevant news: www.hp.com/ePrint - for product information select "web print", then down 'the first x' to see a list of products.

  • Supported blackBerry App with a paid app, problem is not answer

    Hello!

    I bought the app named '4 player reactor' a few weeks ago. It worked perfectly, until last week.

    I guess that it updated itself, because it requires Internet permission. After that I accept it, it says "Loading. Please wait... ", and after its closure. If I run it once again, the same phenomenon occurs.

    A week ago I wrote to the support of the app email address, but I did not receive a response.

    Can I delete and reinstall the application without having to pay more? I'm not sure how App World works in this case.

    Or what could do?

    Version of the App (according to AppWorld): 1.91
    Device: BlackBerry PlayBook

    Thank you very much for your help!

    Yes, you can delete the app and download it again without paying.  BlackBerry World (formerly App World) keeps track of the apps that you have purchased.  Once you have paid for an application, it belongs to life even if you have to delete it and download it again.

    Move forward with reinstall it and keep us updated on your progress.

  • Drop of support In - App purchase in Amazon markets

    Hello

    I have a doubt.

    I can´t sell more folios by Amazon Store made with Native App Builder alone or with the App's Legacy (made with DPS App Builder) is the same restriction.

    In summary, I just use the Amazon store to distribute free folios, that s right? no details, no subscription (if true, very bad)

    Concerning

    Existing applications already submitted to Amazon are not affected by this change. As long as they are still in the store, they will continue to be able to do a single question and subscription Amazon purchases as long as you leave them in the store.

    You can continue to build new legacy applications made with the client desktop App Builder by release 30 containing support for Amazon In - App purchases (copy and subscription). What version 31 out of this option will not be available, and you will not be able to change Amazon applications in the legacy client desktop App Builder.

  • HP Support Asst replace HP Advisor in Win7?

    I did an upgrade to Windows 7 and still have the HP Advisor Vista.  I note in the downloads of software and the driver Win 7 for my HDX 18, there is no entry for HP Advisor but now there's one for HP Support Assistant.  Which replaces the Advisor?  The wizard help she still has the dashboard with the battery and hard drive counters or is this completely different software?

    Thank you

    Dave

    HP Support Assistant replaces HP Advisor. Even if HP Advisor seems to work, you can uninstall safely in Windows 7.

    There always check the stack of software, hard disk counters and driver HP updates feature, but it offers much greater depth of data on your computer than what HP Advisor provides. It can also make a much more complete development of your computer.

    I hope this helps!

  • BBM SDK app - phone support?

    I'm a little confused about the new BBM SDK supported. Bold 9900 with OS 7.0 will support these apps for sure, as BBM 6.0 will be preloaded.

    But what about phones with OS6.0 and OS5.0? According to my understanding, BBM 6.0 could run on OS5.0 and OS6.0.

    How can I detect my application that BBM 6.0 is installed on the device?

    I tried running app BBM SDK torch with BBM 5.0 but got a "net_rim_bb_qm_platform module not found" exception, I built my application with JDE 6.0. Do I have to download this module with my application?

    Any thoughts or ideas would be very appreciated

    So after some brainstorming and beerdrinking, I came to the conclusion to do this:

    -I will release a version for OS7 only

    -OS5.0 and OS6.0 versions the same, except a single cheque - will remain if the phone has BBM6.0 installed, the user will receive a message that upgrade version is available as well as a link for download (from my own server).

        public boolean hasBBM6()
        {
            int moduleHandle = CodeModuleManager.getModuleHandle("net_rim_bb_qm_platform");
            return (moduleHandle != 0);
        }

    It sounds a bit complicated but I think it will work

  • Using more five computers with Mac App Store

    I have five MacBooks, four MBA and a MBP. These were bought over a period of five years or more.

    I'm considering buying a new iMac soon and wonder how it will affect my use of the purchased as well as the "free apps" apps from Apple (Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie and GarageBand).

    My Apple ID shows that I have five authorized computers.  I also have a variety of associated with the ID of Apple iOS devices.

    I intend to use the new iMac for editing movies mainly and a few Pages and Keynote work.  I have no intend to download a purchased applications currently in use with the MacBook.

    My question is that I'll be able to download the "free apps" using my existing Apple ID?

    I don't want to remove the five and start over.  I can live with having the iMac limited to the 'free apps '.

    Hello

    According to the Mac App Store FAQ...  Mac App Store: frequently asked Questions (FAQ) - Apple Support

    "Apps in the Mac App Store can be used on any Mac that you own or control for your personal use."

    So you use the same Apple ID on all.

    Yes, you can download free applications using your existing Apple ID

    If you use up your permissions:

    If one of your 5 permissions lies on a computer you do not use much more, Deauthorize it. If you have sold or transferred to a computer that used one of your 5 permissions, you must remove all your computersand then re - authorize each that you still use.

  • What scales smart link to health app?

    Ready to buy a smart scale. Those of you who will link the health iOS app?  Elle, Garmin, Fitbit, etc...

    According to technical data sheets:

    http://www.Apple.com/shop/product/HB930ZM/B/Withings-smart-body-Analyzer

    Withings seems to be advertising that they support health app directly, while others maybe not so much.

    Fitbit, according to other customers didn't seem to do this, but rather integrates with their own fitbit approx. Garmin is the same.

    Essentially, what I see is that if the company made an effort to integrate health of Apple app, they put themselves in the apple.com store inventory.
