  Go to Device Manager and click on the the problem Ralink wireless card.

  Click on the driver tab, click on set to update driver.

  Select the browse my computer for the software method, navigate to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file above.

  Who will be in C:\SWSetup\sp61151.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected, and I hope the driver will install that way.

  I have a HP2000 I bought a year ago.  It has 4g of memory that is not being sufficient for a CS PhD project that I'm trying.  Since I was a student, I don't have enough money to buy another computer laptop everything.  So, is it possible to get another 2g of memory installed on this laptop?  Can I do the installation myself (the guarantee has already been canceled by my Linux installation on this machine a year ago) for everything I want to buy is the part, not installation.   I installed Windows 7, 32-BIT in this VERY BEAUTIFUL HP2000 with a 1.30 GHz AMD E-300 with card mother Radeon HD Graphics.

  Downloaded and installed ALL the drivers 'available' on the HP site for this model - including upgrading the BIOS.

  An element - SMBus - on the Device Manager list is NOT enabled.

  Of course you'd be recognizing a LINK FOR DRIVER from someone who knows where he is.

  HP does not include the driver for this device for one of their chipset AMD based notebooks.

  I zipped and tied the smbus controller driver you need below.

  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click the controller smbus who need the pilot.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.
