  Do not use 'Clear history of Firefox closing' to clear the 'browsing history '.

  Using the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" is a more reliable way to restore the session data.

  My Officejet 6500 more will not scan to my e-mail program, Outlook Express, taken care of by Yahoo. I have re downloaded the HP print and installed software. Tried again to scan for "e-mail address as PDF", but get the error message "the HP Application scan was unable to save the file at the specified location"

  I use the upgrade of Win10 of Win7. The printer is connected to my cpmputer via a USB cable.

  Thank you for your reply, I tried your suggestion, but it did not work and the reason was a driver error. I have re-installed the driver software of HP and so far that seems to have solved the problem! I guess time will tell. Thanks again for the help, much appreciated, this a great forum help those in need.

  You shouldn't run MSE with a complete other antivirus. And Defender is disabled by MSE as it does
  the same function for spyware and antivirus adds.

  What Fix - it you try to run? What is the problem?

  AVG is probably the primary cause. I would uninstall it by using the removal tool or Special Instructions
  from their site - AVG 9 is causing many questions. Usually best to disable as much as possible before
  the abduction. Also download but do not install the replacements until after the deletion is completed
  and a reboot. Use the method below to all in the right order.

  Download - SAVE - go to where you put it-click on - RUN AS ADMIN

  It is possible that there is a problem with key3db and signons.sqlite files that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.
  
  In the Firefox profile folder, rename the files key3db and signons.sqlite.
  
  You can add .old files (key3.db.old and signons.sqlite.old) names or move them to another folder to make it possible to cancel the action.
  
  You must define a new master password after renaming or removing the signons3.txt and all the currently saved passwords are lost.
  
  If that worked, then you can delete the renamed files that are no longer needed.

  Please note that probably you will need to remove this Windows 7 license Enterprise, as it may be to use KMS activation, which is linked to your local college.

  Windows 7 Enterprise volume license customer and is only allowed to customers with a volume license agreement that deploy Windows 7 in bulk.

  Your copy of Windows 7 uses KMS licenses, which requires he reactivates the licence every 180 days (6 months) by connecting to the KMS host computer. The KMS host is usually hosted on the domain in your workplace where the license was issued. Reactivation can be done by authenticating to the field of work (log in) or VPN to your network.

  Otherwise, you can contact your COMPUTER administrator for assistance or consider getting a MAK key that works more like a sale at retail and no key requires no reactivation every 180 days.

• Help!  Photoshop CS6 will not open or save files.

  I have not used PS in a few weeks. It worked perfectly for years. Today, I tried to open a file and when I click on OPEN all the I see is a black and grey box that has no content. The only way to get the dialog box is to press ESC.

  PS will go bridge and I can open a file from that.

  However, PS does not SAVE a file. It simply shows a white empty dialog box big.

  I did an uninstall and then install, but the problem persists. My version number of PS is 13.0 x 64

  Sorry for the inconvenience.  It is an expected behavior, as you say, it became crazy about security.  If you can inject files in there, cannot therefore nothing that runs with your credentials.  As plugins and web browsers work with your credentials, a compromised Web site could inject files into files of program without your knowledge.  This security prevents your system being affected by malicious software.

  Most users have very rarely to save a file in this location.  In fact, more than 99.2% of the users would never do that based on Windows 7 telemetry data.

  This small gene on the rare occasion that you could do that will keep your system secure.  However, you are the administrator, and if you want, you are free to remove this security, if you choose.

  4. Select and copy the customized workspaces
  5. Return to the library > preferences > Illustrator 19 > en_Us > Workspaces
  6. Paste in your custom workspaces.

• Adobe Reader DC on 10 to WIN will not print nor save any document pdf, just show it on the screen.

  As all your PDF documents are now appear as a word file, please right-click on any PDF file icon and choose ' open with... > choose default program > Adobe Acrobat XI "and click OK.

  This will open the PDF with Acrobat files only and not Word.

  Then, you can try to convert PDF into word via Adobe Reader.

• Creation and encoder will not import or save presets?

  Hi, I'm working on a Windows 7 based computer. Since about two updates ago, I was not able to import or save settings predefined. If I save a preset it does not appear on the list and the video settings are still reported to be "custom". Import presets in first or encode does nothing. Update of the list is also not it gives me an error.

  Nobody knows what could happen? I need to render a large batch of videos, and this is not going to work.

  My problem ended up to be resolved in the cat in. The represented has renamed two records AppData for Adobe, which solved the problem.

• Acrobat 8 Pro will not let me save files

  It's just really bugging me - I work in Indesign CS5 and save the file in pdf format. I opened the pdf too check ok and e-mail to the customer. So when I change my Indesign file and re-register on this pdf, I get this message every time:

  Cannot save the file 'XXX' you may not be allowed or the file may be in use.

  And therefore, I must go into the folder and delete it until I can save. It is not in use, it is permanently closed.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  AHA! Il0 - reason similar to Lindsay. My folder appears as "cover flow" and when the pdf file I want to record on is highlighted showing a picture preview, I can't save on. Just click on another file in the file and viola! That was me buggin for centuries!

  Recently, I have re-installed this printer to a new computer. It took a week to finally get the scan works works again, but now it won't use the ADF when scanning - but it can still scan using the background window. The charger works fine when copying, and it acknowledges the documents when it is in the charger.
