  I forgot to mention was unable to turn off the system during the power failure.  However, I was able to solve the problem by allowing the battery to empty completely and recharge. The system was able to boot and operating system was available.

• Venue 8 Pro and Vidoe photos at the store on SDHC card instead of the hard disk

  Have a coming Pro 8 with 32 GB of storage and want to have pictures and video store on the SDHC card instead of the hard drive.  Is this possible and if so, how?

  Yes ok... I'm not too much the same. I take not compressed w / my photos so I did not notice the problem. I think I've seen cela somewhere in one of the forums of dv8p. I'll see what I can find if someone beat me to a solution.

• OfficeJet Pro 6830: Problem with multiple Pages into one file

  I just bought an OfficeJet Pro 6830 problem and have the scanning of several pages in a PDF document.

  I checked and the box advanced settings/file/create a separate file for each page is disabled, but it will not always combine pages.  Registration prompt window upward after finishing first scan.

  Previously I use Desktop 4580 without any problems and the file to automatically create the folder of the current month in Myscan and analysis enable the scan file be save.  It seems that this function was also missing.

  Scan you from the glass flat or the top of the charger page?

  If you use the charger to top of the page, the pages must be taken and analyzed before the scan to finish.

  If you use glass, ensure that the box show the display after scanning is enabled and press scan, click on the button "+" under the preview of scanning to scan the next prior pages by clicking Save.

• CS6 first Pro installation problem

  I am trying to install the Premiere Pro CS6, but when I do, I guess these files are supposed to be pro first appear (note that I tried to install several times)

  

  I'm running on Windows 10 Pro 32 - Bit x 64 - according to the owner, the problem doesn't force me to do anything, if I leave and you try to install the Premier Pro, the problem occurs, and it is never worked before on my computer, I don't have Add ons.

• Venue 11 Pro BIOS / Intel Management Engine problems

  Hello

  Recently my Tablet Dell place 11 Pro 7130 (vPro) with Windows 8.1 x 64 has had problems applying power. He would have before start in 20 seconds or so, and now it may take a minute or more before you post what whatsoever.

  In the Device Manager Windows "Intel Management Engine Interface" shows an exclamation point and wrote:

  "The device cannot start. (Code 10)

  STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE ".

  The research forums, I tried to update the drivers of the IME by using different versions. I tried to Dell website, as well as Intel. They all fail to install with the same error as above.

  When I tried to Flash the BIOS of the A12 A13, it gives me no errors, loin very well until he decided to restart. After the reboot happens exactly as previously having never run the BIOS flash.

  I reached out to Dell support and they tried to install the same driver over and over again (about half a dozen times or more) before they me just reinstall my OS based on what forums suggest.

  Can someone enlighten us more on this topic? I don't think a reinstallation of the operating system will solve this, and my current thoughts are I'm stuck without being able to Flash the BIOS thats why IME is bad mood against me.

  I'm not tense at this point, all hope based on the forums that I will get this tablet in good operating condition, and once the dell technical support suggested I ignore the error it lead me to believe that I'll buy a new Tablet 8 months in possession of it.

  Unfortunately, you will need to return the unit to the deposit to this fixed.   Once a unit is in this State, it is not possible to update the BIOS via the customer facing tools.   Deposit use a special tool which allows to overcome and correct state.   Apologies for the inconvenience.   Note that the most recent BIOS version have fixed ME Intel which should avoid this problem again.

• 8 venue Pro WiFi problem

  under windows, 10. WiFi worked perfectly for over a year since I bought the tablet. However, after two glass updated on October 23, I have serious problems. first of all, no router signal detected and the button is not available. Second, after uninstalling the updates, the routers are indicated and I can connect but it shows as limited and no internet. When I reinstall updates, notification is not available shows once again. anyone else seen this problem? better yet, someone knows how to solve? I tried all the usual bugs such as the relocation of the WiFi card and using the command ipconfig flushdns and renew commands.

• Panel Touch Firmware location 11 Pro 7130 problem

  So I downloaded and tried to install the driver that was released today thinking that it would give a little more stability the entry on the stylus, but I ran into a problem.  While trying to install the driver, I get the following error message.

  Okay, so I tried again to install when the Tablet is docked, and it is installed.

  Problem solved, but weird...

  Edit: I guess rebooting might have had some sort of effect on it, beats me.

• Venue 11 pro and WRT400N problem

  I'm having a problem with this Linksys router. The v11p connects to the router with 5 bars, but the internet barely works. Most of the time when I try to access something that the connected to the internet, it can not connect (that is to say, sites Web, ms store, etc.). I plugged the v11p via WiFi tether an iPhone and internet worked hard without problem.

  I tried to reinstall the WiFi/BT drivers from the dell support site, but he has not made a difference.

• MacBook Pro display problem

  Hello members of the community.

  As of recently, I have noticed some glitches when feeding on my MacBook or awakened from his sleep.

  The colors are distorted, usually with pink, green, or yellow blobs. Blobs cannot entirely replace the colors, they appear to be contained in a element would normally be. For example. the menu bar will be partially pink and white, but pink does not leave the menu bar in this area, and the Office has green lines on it.

  I tried to take a screenshot, but the problem resolves in about 20 seconds, but it's a recurring problem.

  It happens when I wake up, connection or not. I had also certain powers serious and problems of performance, such that my MagSafe LED would not illuminate when plugged on rare occasions, fan could turn unnecessarily, graphics performance were SUPER slow, and the health of my battery was running out quickly. I actually ran a report on the system at 2 different times and my quality of full load is depleting of 1.2% per charge cycle, which is very worrying. I went from 6281 mAh mAh 6138 maximum capacity after two cycles of load. I'm tracking closely it because at this rate, my battery will survive only at load cycles about 150 instead of the 1000 expected, gives me the idea that this could very well be a bad battery. The computer is also warm to the touch while you sleep, not connected to the power supply. I NAP active but even taking into account should not be hotter my iPhone did the same thing.

  I have reset the SMC, and it solved a couple of problems. The charger works fine now and my performance improved considerably (which made me feel better, either it is a high-performance laptop, a 11-inch MacBook Air should not he surpass), and battery life has improved. I feel even if it uses a lot of power in his sleep. Maybe I need to turn off the NAP and see if that makes a difference. The graphic bug still persists however, and I don't have enough time to see if the max battery is depleting again.

  In regards to the bug, is there something that can be done? Basically, I want to assure you that I took all appropriate measures or if someone else has this problem to see if it can be software related instead of my computer.

  I have the entry level MacBook Pro with the retina, last generation.

  After reviewing your post, it seems that you are having problems with the screen showing strange things on it. Looks like you already have a troubleshooting. I recommend you read this article, as reset NVRAM would be to reset your screen resolution settings that should help.

• Mac Pro start problem

  I have a Mac Pro Tower, that will not start the first time I press the power button, the machine "lights up" in a way that the light in front comes on and I hear a click, however the fans and readers do not engage and the screen is blank. I am then forced to hold down the power button until it stops and hit the power key once again, and each time on the second time it starts. Now I use this equal parts of Mac on the Mac partition and equal parts as a PC, this problem appears when I start in two, but I put in this detail to explain another thing, I have a PC graphics card in the computer. • YouTube and 8.1 of Windows touch problem

  I am running windows 8.1 on my surface 2 pro, and I'm having some problems with the help of the touch interface with youtube. When a youtube page is opened and I click on the flash element to start the video, or if I touch any of the buttons in the flash element, the video freezes, and firefox will be unresponsive until I have plug in a mouse and hover the cursor over the window.

  This problem has only started happening since I've updated the flash player plugin the other day and before this update youtube seems to have a more friendly, stocky touch interface, which also worked more systematically with contact entries.

  Now this is very probably a flash problem, and he has this kind of questions with a few other flash elements, but since I only seem to get with firefox, I thought I would ask here for advice.

• Sort the macbook pro screen problems?

  El Capitan 10.11.3 OSX

  So a week ago, I got my board logik replaced under the scheme where Apple do for free and when I got back that I updated the OS to El Capitan, and since then, my macbook was restart itself after the screen messes up, as there lines horizontally will go across the screen, the screen turns blue with vertical lines or he'll usually scrambled and the right part of the screen is on the left and the left side is on the right. This happens usually when I watch shows online, I bought a new external hard drive yesterday to replace my old and I did a full backup time machine, which took about 6 hours, I left alone and did not touch my MacBook all the time so he was backing only, and so it didn't plant once then when I look at something online it could crash a couple of times in an hour. It happens on safari and chrome.
  Guidance on how I can resolve this issue? I plan to do a clean install of El Capitan, I know that it is usually a last resort, I already have the stick bootable installation, I was wondering if anyone had any idea what to do?

• Yoga 3 Pro Touch Pad works only with Win10

  This alluded autour in several other YOGA Pro 3 WIN 10 upgrades, but it should probably start splitting on each particular issue.

  My upgrade to Win10 without any problem on the upgrade itself. I did the upgrade with an attached mouse and now I no longer a switch back to the use of the touch pad. Another way of saying this is that my Fn + delete button doesn't work.

  I checked Synaptics for a driver, but they don't list one for Win10.

  A know a work around to get the touchpad working again or a suggestion to fix?
