Is knowledge how laptop computer recovery without a disk?

I am new to this problem
So please if you know how to do
Note please the specific details to show me how to

    Thank you!

    Hello!

First of all, you should check the user manual. There you can find all the details on how to recover a Toshiba laptop.

In any case, if your laptop came without recovery disk you can create one using the Toshiba recovery disc creator. That's why you need one or two DVDs and then you have factory on a DVD.
If you created the recovery disk, you can boot from it and follow the instructions on the screen. Windows will be reinstalled, and you get back to factory settings.

But you can also recovery a Toshiba laptop without recovery disk. So go to the F8 advanced boot menu and choose fix my computer. Now, you can choose the Toshiba Recovery option and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you have any other questions, you can search a bit in the forum. You will find a sufficient number of threads on the recovery procedure.
In addition, you must check this document:

On the one hand, you cannot uninstall Safari.  It comes as part of the operating system.  So, I don't know what you've done or what you think you did, but this is not that.  Could you explain more by what you mean with "I get reimage opening in a new window?  You can post a screenshot of what happens?

  • Win7 recovery without recovery disks

Being a little crazy I ignored the guests to "make the backup disks.

Ive deleted the original installation of windows 7 for windows 8, but after finding problems with some games of win8 I wish I could put win7 on it

My hard drive still has the recovery partition, but by pressing f11 at the bios screen does nothing

is there anyway to recover my pc to the original without recovery disks configuration?

    Hello:

If you are not willing or able to purchase recovery discs, you can reinstall windows 7 using this method, as long as you can read your 25-character windows product key 7:

If you can read the Microsoft windows 7 25-character product key, you can download simple Windows 7 ISO files to burn on a DVD for the version of windows that is installed on your PC, and which is listed on the Microsoft COA sticker on your PC case.

Burn the ISO with the option to burn the ISO on your DVD burning program and burn it at the slowest possible speed that will allow your program. This will create a bootable DVD.

Or use the installation of Windows 7 USB/DVD tool to compile the ISO file that you download from Digital River. Link and instructions below. You need a 4 GB flash drive to use the USB compilation method.

    http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/HTML/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool

Use 25 characters on the PC product key to activate the installation.

The key will activate a 32 or 64 bit installation.

Then go to the support of the PC and driver page to install the drivers you need.

Link to downloads ISO of W7 is below.

You have a hard drive partition to do - but you would need to contact/see the FAQ from the hardware manufacturer (HP, Dell, Gateway, Lenovo, etc) to see if and how.

Otherwise - you might have to order (pay for possibly) the factory restore/recovery of the value of the manufacturer.

  • Lack of Firewall Service. How to fix without OEM disks?

Have an old HP Pavilion a161 on office w / Win XP Home edition. I got hit by a virus a month ago & had to pay to have the virus deleted.  I've since upgraded to best antivirus / firewall & deleted MS Security Essentials, which turned out not to be so effective.  I've noticed a few problems to make the Firewall works & determined the Firewall Service file is missing (& who knows what other files?).

It was a OEM pre-installed (without disks) & as it is a system older w / low RAM & aging BONES, I'd rather not invest much more of $ in there.  A new PC (perhaps another HP, as it proved to be a very reliable computer) is definitely in the plans, but a purchase will have to wait a few months.  At the time of the original purchase, I paid Best Buy to make restore disks, but that would mean a destructive complete reinstall.  I did several searches on the web & looked on this Forum without a bit of luck; I even considered upgrade to XP Pro, but it's still more money for an aging system & old BONES...

So without OEM disk (s), how to manage a repair to restore the missing files? I'll check to ask 'the Expert Day'.  Thanks for any help!

  • How to reinstall windows 8 after downgrading to windows 7 Windows 8 without installation disk

Well im in a bit of a pickle, you could say. I have downloaded Windows 8 Pro using the upgrade wizard, but hit a few speed bumps. He ceased to recognize all the mice that I own and I could not uninstall and reinstall I downloaded digitally, and did not have a physical copy so I kept getting an error message telling me to insert installation disk and then try again. I had to format and then clone my old HDD to get my pc working again. Unfortunately there is no way to downlading Windows 8 without having to pay again for it which seems silly. I'm very tempted to find illicit ways of downlading what I have now lost $39,95 on something I can't redownload and install. I have a valid product key, but I had formatted my HARD drive without removing the key first I don't think it is no longer valid :(

Little help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Time Capsule backup not available without reboot disk

I have the latest generation of time capsule, but my MBP cannot find the disc inside after restarting the device.  After a restart of the time Capsule the requested backup will take place without any problems, but if I ask another backup later, I again get an alert saying that the disk is not found, requiring another restart. This "solves" the problem, as the MBP can now find the disk and the backup takes place, but the whole point of Time Machine is supposed to be to provide Automatic backgroundbackups.  Any ideas?

    The problem is well known.

  • How to recover the Satellite A100 without recovery disk

    Hi all

I'm trying to restore my laptop A100 settings * without * a restore CD via pressing a sequence of buttons during startup (which must launch the recovery on the hard drive partition).

It is really unfortunate, I know it can be done as I did before butI for the life of me forgotten what was this key sequence I can't find the article I stumbled initially on!

I've scoured the web looking for this key sequence and all the proposed solutions, I fell on do not seem to work.

    Unsuccessful attempts so far:
    -Press and hold 0 power
    -various suggest 'F' keys: F1, F8, F10
    -now the delete key

Note: I guess it may be worth mentioning that pressing F8 actually take me on-screen "start options advanced windows" but I don't have any recovery options.

Yeh Yes, I'd * extremely * grateful if someone could point me in the right direction here because it makes me crazy... the fact that I've done this before, it that much worse!

As I know the A100 series has not been fitted with the recovery of HARD drive partition!
And so I doubt that any combination of keys will start the partition recovery!

So you only chance to recover the laptop is to take the recovery disk, then boot from it.
You can also try to install the disk Microsoft Windows operating system and then could install the drivers of Toshiba on the pilot site of Toshiba!

  • How I have a missing file of the system xp without a disk system

I used (normal windows startup) sfc/scannow and was informed that I need to insert system disk to start the process.  I don't have a system disk, (using the service pk 3) my updates have been through Microsoft.  Is there a way to bypass or update (tried to fix with microsoft updates and ITMU) without the disc?

In addition to that said Daavee, here's the 'problem '...

If you have installed SP3 and you run sfc/scannow, it's going to need a source of files known "good" compared to what's on your system, then it wants to use your XP (default) installation CD, so if you have no genuine bootable CD to install XP with SP3 on it or use an older XP installation CD , things will be all out of whack since SC has no source file 'good' and sfc/scannow will complain - a lot.

Most of the people do not have a true bootable CD to install XP with SP3 top (unless they did themselves) or they have never even had a XP installation CD bootable real at all, so running sfc/scannow will generally be frustrating (besides a waste of time).  If someone suggested running sfc/scannow, they probably forgot to tell you that part or they do not know how sfc/scannow works in the first place.  For me, it's similar to saying "I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.

If you happen to have a genuine XP bootable with a plu SP installation CD, you can use it to create a new genuine bootable XP installation CD with SP3 on it by a process called "integrated system".  Make sfc/scannow happy, but it is a separate project.

You will usually have a good "feeling" when SFC runs without complaining, but it is unlikely your problem not specified and you are going to need a true bootable XP with SP3 top installation CD to get that good feeling, which means that you have some work to do.

I would put that for later and for the moment, describe what your question is you think sfc/scannow will correct, unless you just practice.

  • Upgrade without the disks, have the key Code.

I have a HDD partitioned on my Mac.  I put Windows 32 bit Vista on my score, but I want to upgrade to 7.  I already bought 7 but I do not have the discs at home, but I have the key code.  Anyway, I can go without disk?

No, you need the Windows 7 upgrade DVD to upgrade Windows Vista.
