HTML5 is not under Insert > media.  Current updates already installed.  Help!

I am building a website and want to put videos in there.  When I hit a wall, I followed the instructions on the Adobe Web site.  They show an option for HTML5 under the Insert > media menu, but my dreamweaver (CS6) does not show it.  I am looking for an all said install updates.   I'm running 12.03 now and still no option to HTML5.  Anyone know how I can get this plugin or extension for DW CS6?

It has not been included in your version under perpetual license of the CS6.

It was added later to the generation of worm 12.2 Creative Cloud #6006.

Do not worry, you can still use HTML5 video pasting this code into your page.  You can add to your custom code snippets folder.

video width = "320" height = "240" controls >

Your browser does not support the video tag.

  • What allows updates already installed software to install with out always have to have connection IT people

I'm not an administrator in a company, just a user and I tired to see popups to update Adobe, Java and other software that is installed on this system that I can't do anything about.

Is there a way to enable updates of software already installed to install with out always have to have people as administrator login? as at the end of the day when windows push through an update to the stop?

    original title: automatic updates

Adobe has a check box to enable the automatic update in the window of the first or the second update.

In the settings of Windows updates, you can set Windows updates to allow all users to install updates Windows and install to automatically when they are available.  You can also set it to just warn you when updates are available so that you can download and install it at a convenient time.

Java has some settings, but I cannot verify this machine because I have not installed.  Check this program, C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javacpl.exe to the Java updates whenever you want.

Try right click on the shortcut to the program, javacpl.exe and option by selecting "Run as Administrator"?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.  You should see if all is well then the tab Update and various parameters to play with.

  • «Error: your Netscape browser is not "Microsoft® Windows Media Services" plug-ins installed.» Where can I find these?

I am running Vista. I downloaded my music to my mp3 player dying, but he will not play on my computer because it says I need to download a license. When I try to do, it gives me this error message and no information on fixing the problem.
    Thank you

    Hello earthenvessel02,

Thank you for using the Microsoft answers Forum

The first thing that comes to mind when you say that he asked for a plug-in is the management of digital rights (DRM). This rights management system will not allow you to download plug-ins or read files if you are not authorized and that the appropriate credentials to do so. If these are files that you downloaded from a particular site, you can return to this site and see what they say about the plug-ins needed to play the files.

You use this mp3 player on another computer whose files have been transferred on the reader at the start? If so, it is perhaps the reason for the refusal of the files now. Contact the manufacturer of the mp3 player and get further instructions from them on the license. Alternatively, you can try to burn the files to a disc and see if they can be read using this medium.

Let us know if any of this information to solve your problem.

  • Repeated reminder to the updates already installed.

I get the reminder icon in the lower right corner of my PC to install updates that alreay have been installed.

Hi, Susan.  Sorry to interrupt you in this thread, but:

    1. I went through all the screens to get assistance from the Web site for a similar problem and it says that I need to cough-up $239.

    2. the fix that I have a problem is KB2707511.  It installed fine everywhere but on this domain controller.  Said it was successful, but retains his return regardless of whether if I use WSUS 3.0 or Windows Update or manual install the hotfix. It doesn't matter whether I'm in safe mode.  I ran the fix - it for these types of programs in normal mode and "intensive."  It does not help.  In fact, I did all the steps mentioned in 910339.  All other patches are very good (just a patch on this server).

OS = Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2 (32-bit) with all patches (including this one).  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, too.

There are another two or three son there, on this issue.  A "seems" have been fixed by the fix - it.  Others, no.  I have logs.

  • Having the bookmarks on USB drive backup, does not know how to open firefox (already installed) to import bookmarks.

I know how to take Windows 7 bookmarks (firefox) and put them in another windows machine. I know that for import into Ubuntu, I open firefox on Ubuntu (already pre-installed). I can't find any list of bookmarks in the list Ubuntu firefox I can access, so I can't import them using 'import' (where everyone says glibbly) to get them. How can I access bookmarks in firefox preinstalled.

    Hello

You need transfer file backup of bookmarks from your Windows PC to your PC Ubuntu - perhaps by emailing yourself or copy it to a USB key. Once you have done this, here's how to copy (import) in Firefox on Ubuntu:

    1. Click the Bookmarks button

      then select show all bookmarks.

    2. At the top of the library window, click on import and backup , and then select restore.
    3. Click Choose file
    4. In the new window that appears, find the bookmarks file, select it and click Open
    5. Bookmark Windows should now be imported.

For more information, see the article restore bookmarks from a backup or move them to another computer .
