  Hello would like to know if link aggregation is possible on vswitch currently I a vswitch connected to 2 portion of separate physical switch the same network traffic is properly configured as failover in vswitch mode how to configure this vswitch to perform link aggregation mode instead of the failover mode to achieve higher bandwidth or is such possible configuration is dvswitch support such config as well?

  You would need a RV016, who takes in charge up to 7 WAN ports. RV082 has only two WAN ports.

• 802.3ad link Aggregation - 4 NETWORK cards

  I'm working on a project that requires four physical NIC be connected to two separate Cisco switches for redundancy.  I need access to a minimum of six networks through these four physical NETWORK card ports using ESX 3.5.

  Our plan is to use the Routing and aggregation (Etherchannel) on Cisco switches.  What we want to do is basically aggregate two NIC physical port trunks to each of the two switches Cisco Etherchannel.  We would allow routing based on IP hash on the unique vSwitch with four network adapters are associated.  We would use a separate vSwitch for vSwif0 and vmkernel port not part of the trunks.

  Seems this configuration good to you?  Looking for networking people comment on the above configuration.  Thank you.

  A technical requirement for the use of hash of the IP, it's that your physical switch must support 802.3ad static aggregation of links. Often, this means that you have to connect all the natachasery in the vSwitch to the same pSwitch. Some switches high-end support links grouped in pSwitches, but many do not. Contact your switch vendor to find out. If you do not have to put an end to all the natachasery in a single pSwitch, you introduced a single point of failure in your architecture.

  If your provider supports the links grouped in all of pSwitches, great.  Otherwise, you may need to consider another approach.  You can have redundancy between switches without etherchannel and just routing based on originating port ID.  So you could create a vSwitch with 4 NICs (two on each pSwitch) without a trunk and let ESX base for outbound traffic load balancing.  From my experience, you are much more likely to be CPU or memory bound as bound network.

  Aerts: the only issue I have with courses such as below. This course has only 01 so it can't roll up, unless we use the > 00 record. But if I change the code to start with 00, it will work for this one. But not data from OP, I sent (it is raining down this > post)

  I have no why this will not work if we start with 01. I agree that the latest data from the example given by you have master level 00, but as I see it, it is not associated with a CODE (like E, c, P, etc.) and if this level cannot be put into any of the three categories - Coursework, written or practical. So, I found the output of the query to be as expected, even in the case when the main level is 00, and we start with 01.

  Also, I think in your data, there will be other scenarios such as different courses, a point on which I was not examined during the creation of the query. If this is the case, then a condition on COURSE also through the connect by clause of the query. example of the course = course PREREQUISITE.

  Please see if it works for your data.

• In the Group Policy Editor, how to remove link purple (clicked)?

  In the Group Policy Editor, I clicked on the links. The links are 'policy setting' and 'properties' (as shown in the screenshots). The links turned purple after I clicked on them. It shows not only on the specific links I clicked on. It shows on all the links that have a 'properties' or link "policy setting. Before they were blue.   Can anyone provide an answer regarding stack switch SGE2010 against the aggregation of links if more than 1 GB connectivity is required between the individual switches? Currently, having multiple switches in a stack configuration but would like to increase the bandwidth between some or all switches. Does support cumulation a link aggregation configuration? If so the ports can be used and how the aggregation of links must be configured in conjunction with stacking?

  On the SGE2010 - Default stacking ports: 24/GBIC 3, 48/GBIC 4 stacking support, i.e. the two ports.

  If you want a GAP between SGE2010, my suggestion, and others may disagree, would be to stop the default stacking mode and standalone mode.

  Then create a GAP between the SGE2010 switches.

  I installed the 11.2.0.3.0 in a new oracle home.
  
  Now, my task is to install the latest version of the patches on the oracle group new home (make sure database up to date with the latest patches, in fact).
  I'm confused with the available documentations in my oracle support.
  CPU is now regarded as a subset of patch of the PSU, I think I must apply the last power supply only. Is this correct?
  Is there a step by step guide to apply the latest patch? I saw there are 5 PSUS out (plus late 11.2.0.3.5), do I have to apply each of them or just the final?

  OK, don't know if the guide had suggestions on the construction of your model, but you must make sure that the view agent is installed on your VDI machines.   You must also ensure that the client view is installed on the computer that you connect from.    Once entitle those who have been verified a user to use the admin view pool manager.  You can then connect on the vdi client and should be able to access the pool.  Simply specify your connection broker name after you run the client from the view.
