I added on a new printer and lost my audio. What should I do?
Because this isn't a normal behavior, please provide the following information:
What version of Windows you have, including the service pack (right click on desktop and select properties)
What is the brand and model of your computer?
What is the brand and model of the printer?
Describe, step by step, exactly how you have added the new printer.
Open the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK)
Double-click any entry that displays a warning icon and a message in the box "Device status" report (also report what is the name of the device)

Messages are likely to the old identity and you can go to file | Import | Messages to bring them into the new identity. See also point 4 here: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#4
The account information will have to be put in place in the new identity. You can switch between the old and new identities also. If save you messages and settings (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#6), you must do it for the two identities, unless the new identity has all the information you need in it.

I just upgraded my MacBook Pro of OS to OS 10.8.5 10.6.8 (mid-2010). Making CS5 is back to CS3 and I lost InDesign. What should I do?
Thanks Mylenium. After looking into this, I deleted all the Adobe software old and re-installed CS5. Everything works fine.

Received phone call from someone who identified himself as a member of the Technical Support of the Windows team. Says my calculation had sent messages back saying that I had a virus. Was skeptical and didn't know how to check if it was legitimate then toldl him I would take care of him. Ran Norton Security and Windows security and both reported that my system do not have a virus. Noticed that Windows update was not the last 2 weeks so I tried to run the updates. I get a sayingi error message that FAILURE of installing up-to-date security for KB2656353 and KB2656370. I downloaded all the patches and recommended tools. What should I do?

Are you saying that you have followed the instructions provided by Brad, I downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why do they have a watermark on them? and you are unable to download images without the watermark? Please provide the steps that you use to better we can help you with your problem.

I just got an upgrade DVD Amazon's LR5. There is no option .pkg for installation on a MacBook Pro. Only setup32.exe, and setup32.64. What should I do?
You can try to download the Mac version and using the serial number of the drive. LR serial numbers are normally good for both platforms.

When I use a tool on a zoomed image, the image freezes and I can't move unless I have change tools. I tried to reset the tools and uninstalling and reloading CC. What should I do? Once that any tool I can't change its size or move the image.

I wanted to add my Firefox bookmarks to my new Macbook and it was late and I was tired, and don't think not, I implemented the synchronization on the Macbook first. So basically I was transferred to an empty queue of bookmarks and now all my favorites are gone from my old PC. I tried to save the Favorites on a USB key, while I was doing this, but I can't find them now. Is it possible to recover?

I recently got a new laptop, always had a desktop computer, I have a printer HP8500A, always worked very well, connected to the laptop software undated and when I print, the laptop crashes. Not all the time, it's like I can't do two things at the same time. I have something not on or off, which creates a problem of memory, also, have a Zebra LP2844 I can't go to work. I think I may need to change a setting?
Laptop or desktop makes no difference.
Don't simply plug you in a printer and expect it to work, you install the full features of this site of printer manufacturers software or using their cd and installed according to the instructions of the printer manufacturers, see if HP support pages.
