  You can uninstall Windows uninstaller as well if you are using windows.

  Go to control panel and open Add or remove programs and uninstall it from there.

  If you use Mac go to the library of applications and open commercial open adobe installers and uninstall Illustrator was from there.

This also applies to 2015 for CC. I'm still in the pre CC2014 versions of these programs without a hitch, so I don't think that my subscription is the question. Anyone has this problem. I am also desperately looking for a phone number for Adobe in Australia, but can't seem to find one anywhere on the site.

The problem is that in the "Adobe Muse CC 2014" version, I get as shareware (30 days TRIAL), I count on an annual subscription to Adobde Muse. If someone could give me a solution for this problem because virtually Muse would be obliged to pay for Muse in 2014 version and take a credit for one year with the old version again.

  remove any line in your hosts file which contains the Adobe servers (127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com) currently Adobe Muse works!
