I am trying to connect to my Bank's Web site.

For some reason that seems to be the only site I can not connect to. My other computer connects fine.

Hello

Check with your bank. It could be that the Bank is set to remember which computer
you have used and will deny access to the waste. Or other connection problems
they should be able to help work on.

I hope this helps.

  • The Bank's Web site trying to connect but nothing. Works on Chrome & IE.

I have difficulties to access my Bank Web site, www.usbank.com. When I try to go to him, FF is right there "Waiting for www.usbank.com...» ", but never gets to it. I tried the following:

    -Uninstalled/reinstalled FF.
-A different profile on the computer.
    -Deleted the cache, history, etc.
    -Restored default FF.
-Interested in malware, viruses, software etc.
-FF run in Mode without failure.

The site is displayed correctly if I use Chrome or IE and works well with FF on my laptop, so I know it's something specific to the computer.

At this point, I am at a loss on how to solve this problem. Any suggestions?

Every now and then you see a Web site behave in a bizarre and inexplicable way. In the case of usbank.com, it serves pages normally when your browser identifies itself as Firefox 18, but if she identifies as Firefox 19, it does not load.

Fortunately, there is a hack for this.

    (1) select and copy the preferably following the Clipboard name (it is not supposed to be a link, the forum software it):

    general.useragent.override.usbank.com

    (2) in a new tab or window, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (3) in the filter box, type override and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (4) make sure that general.useragent.site_specific_overrides is set to its default value true (or right-click and click reset if it isn't).

    (5) right click anywhere in the list of preferences box and choose

    New > String

then paste the name preferably you copied. Click OK and enter TEMP or asdf or any of temporary placeholder text. You should see the preference added in bold. Leave subject: open config and switch back to this tab.

(6), select and copy the string useragent following the Clipboard (that's all one line):

    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0

    (That's 18 Firefox on Windows 7 64-bit)

    (7) in subject: config, double-click general.useragent.override.usbank. com and paste it to replace the temporary text with the new string useragent. Click on OK, you've done here.

Now try to load a page on US Bank. By working?

There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash:

    • an ActiveX version for IE only
    • a plug-in version for most of the other browsers including Firefox
    • On a Windows system, you must always update both individually.

You don't seem to have the Plugin for Firefox installed version. If you did, in the Add-ons > Plugins you would see "Shockwave Flash (version)". If 'Shockwave Flash' is there and is disabled, click on the button "activate". • Connected, but can not visit Web sites

    Hello everyone

I have a problem that started last night and I don't know what to do, and I'd be happy if someone here could help me on what to do, because I'm not very good at that sort of thing

So basically, the problem is that I have internet and im using it via Wi - Fi to my router, but for some reason any I can visit only Google, Facebook, Youtube, and other sites, I can't even open. I tried on my iPhone and it is the same problem after my whole family is having the same problem with their laptops and the fact... I tried a few guides I found but nothing seems to work. The problem with my router or I have a virus. If some can give me some advice, how can I fix it, I'll be very grateful.

    Thank you

    Try restarting your router.

  • Chrome does not recognize my creative cloud installed and active acrobat. I'm trying to download a PDF file from Web sites and to get the message that I must first launch acrobat and sign the user agreement, but acrobat is already underway.

    Hello

I recently tried to switch my browser to Chrome of Safari, which I never use and I'm pretty happy with Chrome overall I had to go because I can't recognize my installation of Adobe Acrobat.

He always tries to open them in the preview of a PDF from the web and then if I try to export it as a pdf after sitting and wait a long time for it "thinks" I get error that I need to launch adobe acrobat and accept the user agreement.

    But acrobat already running!

    Any ideas?

If you are on a Mac, I've read that Google has recently changed to Chrome so that it cannot use Adobe PDF plug-ins. These have been not supported for many years in all cases. I suggest you to use Safari when you need PDF files (but noted that the Mavericks Apple stopped using Adobe plug-ins, however in this case, there IS a solution).

  • To connect to the debugger in Web site

    Hello

I'm working on a new site that has one or two steps before the Flash animation I want to debug is running, you must first connect to the site, then fill a coupl of forms, then load the Flash movie e. I wish I could scroll the Flex code for this film, but I can not connect by launching the connection through the launch configuration page in Flash Builder.

The source code of the site is in a directory, while the Flex app source code is in another, so when I call the debug compiled the SWF does not charge in the site.

Is there a way I can connect with the Flash debugger and not in my code? I'm under tomcat 6 Server if this is useful.

    Thank you

    Stephen

Better to ask in Flex or Flash forums.

I have my own business with Stella & Dot
www.stelladot.com just today, I can't go to a tab in the menu of the home page that has to do with my financial activity personal and my team. all the other tabs on the site are available. I remember recently updates to Firefox. It is extremely annoying!

It might be useful to know if it worked finally in Firefox 3.6 or Firefox 4...

When you have a problem with a particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clear your Firefox cache and delete your cookies for the site.

    Save your work first!

    1. turn off the Cache of Firefox

Tools > Options > advanced > network > offline storage: 'clear now '.

    2 delete your cookies stelladot.com

From a page, you can access the site, right-click, and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".

Then, you can delete all cookies for sites ending with stelladot.com and reload. You may need to log in again.
