I am trying to reinstall Acrobat 7.0 and receive error1310

I tried to reinstall my Adobe Acrobat Version 7.0 after a crash. I now work with Windows Vista. I was told be the support of version CS2 program I did. The file is called 22020134.exe. However, when I try to install is that I get the error message:

1310.error error writing to the file: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\ActiveX\AcroPDF.DEU. Make sure you have access to this directory.

When I check this directory is a directory "Read Only", and I can't change its attributes. Any suggestions?

Acrobat 7 is absolutely not compatible with all versions of 64-bit Windows, including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and 8.x Windows. Is not compatible with any version of 32-bit Windows beyond Windows XP.

The first version of Acrobat that is compatible with any 64-bit Windows version or any version of Windows 32-bit beyond XP's Acrobat 8.1 (an installation after upgrading to Acrobat 8.0).
