I bought cc and cannot install apps?

I bought CC and have downloaded the creative cloud set up.  When I connect to my adobe account, go to the desktop, select Premiere Pro, download, it asks me to choose a link to launch the application, I clicked on creative cloud URL handler.  Nothing happens it does not download, becomes very frustrating.  I tried for days.  I disabled my firewall.  My pc has all the specification to run the application.  Help, please

It seems that creative cloud on your machine is corrupted.

Please follow the mentioned below for solutions.

Solution 1:

1. start the creative cloud App.

Using creative cloud | Launch creative Cloud applications

2. try to install the product.

Using creative cloud | Download, install, update or uninstall applications

Solution 2:

  • Uninstall the creative cloud and reinstall.

If you encounter a problem in uninstall, use CC cleaning tool.

    I could solve this problem by resetting the phone app to device information.

    If you have this problem, click the reset Options button and choose Delete Apps & data. This will reset your phone and hopefully solve the problem.

    When I connect with users created locally while the computer is not joined to a domain, all works fine. I join the computer to the domain and log in as the domain administrator, add domain users with administrative privledges on the local system. In being logged on as a domain user, I'm trying to open an application. I can not install all the apps.  I get a message saying cannot install app because of group policy defined by the system administrator (me).  How can I solve this problem?

  • Impossible to get updates of Windows to work and cannot install anything after upgrading to SP3

    After the upgrade to SP3 I met many problems. Any time I go to install it I get a Windows Installer error is not installed (even if this is the case) and I have to go to start/run and type Services.msc and the go to the installer of windows and right-click on it and select start and then install what I was tring to do.  Windows Update will not update and I tried to restart the installer and it does not work.  I tried the auto fixes but cannot get them to work because they will not install either or will not run.  I had to uninstall Windows Defender as I am unable to update the definitions it is basically useless.  All this started after I did a full cleaning of the computer and then downloaded the original Windows XP that I bought from Dell.

    Close all Adobe application, browsers running at the back and try to install again. If still the same error please follow the mentioned steps:

    1. go to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename to OOBE.old

    Please go to C/user/User Name/App date/local/Adobe/OOBE and rename it to OOBE.old

    1. use your BlackBerry browser to go to http://blackberry.com/blackberrymessenger and download/install again the Messenger application. If you are asked to go to AppWorld to download this, don't, just follow the link to download.

    After installation and reboot if necessary, check your instant messaging, or downloads of the application folder.

    2. I guess that's regarding your BlackberryID password?

    BlackBerry ID questions:
    In many cases the BlackBerry ID was not created successfully and therefore doesn't let you past this screen... go to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and try to create a BlackBerry ID and then open a session from the device.

    Other successful yet by editing to allow all permissions for the App World.

    * Go to Options/settings > Advanced Options > Applications, (you will see your list of applications on your BlackBerry)
    * Sroll to BlackBerry App World, > click the Menu key > change permissions and change everything to enable and save it.

    Now, go back to your App World connection and see if it works.

    Well, after the smoke clears from this one. to do a REFRESH, open the charms bar to the START screen, then click on SETTINGS, change the settings of PC, then go to the GENERAL category, and at the bottom of the list, go to the advanced options for the troubleshooting section.  REFRESH there.

    In General, when you get an error code like this it is that the cache needs to be reset, but doesn't always work and REFRESH resets the system.  You'll also need to re - install the updates when you are finished, but that should not cause a problem.

    Some of these equipped tablets be corrupted cards SSD or they become corrupted for some reason unknown and REFRESH or RESET will fix the problem.

    When you are finished, your applications should download from the store and actually, some of them will have updates pending.

    In addition, you can open the bar of charms and just type in "REFRESH" in the search and will probably take you there as well.  When you go further into the system, learn about its operation.
