I bought my Lightroom as a standalone program, and now it's to force me to sign up to CC. I don't want that. New version 6.7 téléchargerais not.
Please remove my CC account.

I did it with all the necessary identification and verification. However, when I try to access the module to develop now, I'm greeted by "disabled development module. Please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module. "It's very frustrating, because I was under the impression apparently wrong that I could buy and use Lightroom as a standalone. Now, it seems that I have to pay a monthly supplement to use something I already purchased in its entirety. Any help would be more than welcome...

I recently bought Lightroom and installed on one of my computers. I tried to install the program on another computer, I, using the same serial number that I already bought and I am not accepted as it says that the SN is invalid. What should I do?
It is possible that you downloaded the demo of creative cloud of Lightroom. The perpetual license key will not work. Uninstall the version on the second computer, it doesn't bother your catalog, preferences and personal files.
Download the appropriate version from the link below and install them, your license key is accepted and everything will be fine.

I saw your Adobe ID (email address), you used to post on the forums, and I see an active subscription on it.
Please see Help below links: { make sure you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription }
Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update
* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.
If it still gives you an error of the trial, then please refer to the troubleshooting listed below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

I bought lightroom 6 at amazon, but it will not be installed. All I said "Installer failed to initialize, please download Adobe install advisor to detect the problem", but it does not exist. It gives me no more information than that. I already had a free annual subscription to cc through my new canon camera, but I installed for my mac already. No phone number to call, adobe contact to say amazon, what do I do?

If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

I bought Lightroom 6 weeks after having tried Lightroom CC. Even though I have no problem with the delivery of the program, I get the notice that I had a trail version to be completed (number of days). I think it reflects no professional when dealing with my customers. I found that in the preferences in the last tab called 'mobile Lightroom", my status is"path. " My purchase from Lightroom 6 is not valid? Please let me know how to solve this problem.
Your Lightroom 6 will work indefinitely, for ever and ever, what is the message you see (which you are misunderstood).
The message referred ONLY to Lightroom Mobile, everyone (including you) has access to 30 days when you install Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6; and then you will have access to Lightroom Mobile when the 30 days has expired.
If you do not want to see the message, you can disable Lightroom Mobile so it is no longer active, and the message will disappear. In the left upper part of the Lightroom window, the nameplate is a drop down menu which allows you to interrupt the synchronization with the Mobile with Lightroom. Or simply ignore the message.

Dehaze feature is only available in Lightroom CC and not the standalone version 6 of Lightroom.
