Your machine is still under warranty, so you should take it to your local Apple store for repairs. Function late in January, you bought it, you still have phone without support. If you can't find any help on the Apple Store, then I don't know what you expect to find here. We have no way to check for problems you have described or any additional hardware, etc.

I have an old iMac for 5 year with El Capitan and need to upgrade to Pages 5.6.1.to be able to open docs on my iPad. Everytime I try and open it on the Apple Store it just shows my old docs pages on the iMac. any suggestions?
The App Store has to do with your documents?
The App Store allows you to buy and download Apps, as its name suggests.

If they don't give you the disks, all you need is a boat anchor. Ask them to give you the disks and product keys. Otherwise, you will need to buy.

I bought my laptop in November 2008 and then left for an exchange of one year abroad. I just upgraded to logic 10.2.4 (and 10.11.16) and El Capitan now logical does not recognize my controller - Yamaha P-95. Yamaha has no new drivers yet. RELOADED drivers available and tried different USB ports. The audio works fine. Any suggestions?
you need to ask Yamaha if they have a work-around or they intend to release the pilots, have a beta driver or what is their recommendation.
If the logic is compatible with the operating system then the problem is with the 3rd party controller, and the developer will have to answer it. Past that if you have a backup time machine an instance where worked together your controller, the software and the operating system you can restore to that point

Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.
There are a few places to check for the Ask toolbar:

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.
- Press and hold the sleep/wake button
- Press and hold the Home button
- Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.
Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings
If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

DW has no such capability built-in. know what programming languages server side supports the hosting plan. Who will determine which guestbook scripts, you can run on the server. Most likely, you will need to be familiar with PHP & MySQL or ASPX and SQL code to make it work.
