  Unfortunately, the Windows for Adobe first/Photoshop Elements serial key does not work on Mac. You will need to purchase a license from MAC for Photoshop/Premiere elements 14 or can contact the Support from Adobe to make a swap of platform for licenses.

  You need to get Adobe to provide a Mac license.  Then you can download/install the Mac version and use the new serial number for it.

  Acrobat Standard is provided only for the windows platform and not on the Mac platform. Acrobat Pro is there for Mac.

  You should be able to download the Mac to your Mac and use the same serial number to activate it.  Elements programs are one of the few who have licenses good for both platforms.

  You are not likely to be able to convert your CS4 license / Windows to Mac version.  Platform conversions are supported only for current releases, that would be CS6.  Creative cloud subscriptions allow one or two platforms will be supported.

  You can also download the Mac in trial version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

  Hi, I just bought Photoshop elements 13, but I got the version of windows, instead of the MAC version. I need the MAC version. What can I do to reverse the acquisition and order the right version?

  I did the same thing, but have been unable to find a way to get them exchanged.  Almost all links on the site that may be useful gives me a screen "header 403 is too great" or something of that nature.  I managed to send them a message via the site, but they sent me by saying that they cannot ship to a P.O. box.  I bought the electronic download version, I have no need of whatever it is shipped.  The portal that the email sends me to see my case file, and if all goes well to answer gives me 403 header is too big screen.  I have never been so frustrated in my life from a company.  I want to be able to use the product without having to pay for it.
