I tried to play with the Vcenter screen underneath, but no luck.
To resolve this problem, replace the VCSA IP with hostname VCSA in the search service configuration file, ls_url.txt file.
To replace the VCSA IP address with the host VCSA name in the ls_url.txt file:
- Connect to the VCSA via ssh under the root user
- Go to the directory/etc/vmware-sso using the command:
CD/etc/vmware-sso
- Make a backup copy of the file ls_url.txt using the command:
CP ls_url.txt ls_url.txt.bak
- Open the file ls_url.txt using a text editor
- Replace the VCSA IP address with the host name of the VCSA. For example:
https:// Lookupservice/XXXXXXXXXX/sdk
Where XXXXXX is the host name of the VCSA.
Note: It is usually the host name of the domain the VCSA FULL name. Make sure it matches the common name (CN) in the certificate name.
- Restart the VCSA services by running the command:
restart the /etc/init.d/VMware-vpxd
restart the /etc/init.d/VMware-SSO
restart the /etc/init.d/VMware-InventoryServiceOr
Restart the VCSA.
Alternatively, you can use this workaround to regenerate the certificates for the vCenter Server Appliance.To to regenerate the certificates for the vCenter Server Appliance:
- Temporarily change the IP address of the vCenter Server Appliance to a different IP address, not used
- Restart the vCenter Server Appliance
- Change the IP address of the vCenter Server Appliance to the originating IP address
- Restart the vCenter Server Appliance
- Connect to vCenter Server Appliance, https://vcenterserveripmanagement Web page: 5480
- Click the Administration tab, and then select Yes to certificate enabled regeneration
- Click send to save the changes
- Restart the vCenter Server Appliance

The option is in your VM vCenter. you will need to connect to this computer and disable the Routing and remote access.
You must run services.msc and disable the service.
And also reboot the server vcenter service in the same place. If you do not have access to the vCenter VM Windows, you will need to locate the host that has the vcenter VM and then login in there and do it.

VCSA 6.0 DC for SSO crashed, can not access to vCenter

In my lab work I have vCenter server with SSO 6.0 on my Active Directory domain controller. The domain controller has crashed hard. I can't authenticate with anything to enter for vCenter. I VDP 6.0 with a full backup of the domain controller, but if I can't to vCenter, I'm sort of GROUND. I looked everywhere to see if there is a method of stripping to the standards body command line, but I still have no chance. Root, [email protected] does not work, none of the created account it will access.
Does anyone have an idea how I can remedy this disastrous situation?
As Ryan mentioned, [email protected] should work ideally. (if you have not changed the default to something else while deployment domain name, because it is possible to customize the name vsphere.local in 6.0) But note that you can restore sauvegardΘ even with access to vCenter via the VDP's emergency recovery feature
