I can't get my updates

I restored my computer back to factory setting. The idea was to try to empty to speed things along. But I can't get my window
updates going. I checked the clock. It is at the time. I'm supposed to download what is called the analysis tool. I can't do
Download. It's Toshiba L355 S7905 base window. I checked the updates. The list is long that failed beside their assistance
