  1. who is the email client that you use? East - Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live, or web-based e-mail clients?

  2. what happens when you open e-mails? Do you get any error messages?

  3. are you aware of changes to the computer before the show?

  Create a file association.

  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: Windows Media Player.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

  I checked your account details for the same ID you use here on the forums.

  You bought subscription Adobe PDF package that is why you are unable to open a PDF file.

  You should perhaps install Adobe Reader (free software) or buy a subscription to open a PDF Acrobat DC file.

  1 are you facing issue while accessing Outlook 2010 links?

  2. are you referring to the webmail or Outlook 2010?

  I recommend you to check the updates are installed on your computer before this issue.

  Note: If the update is related to outlook or any update of security, I recommend you to uninstall this particular update and check.

  I recommend disabling the security software and check.

  The first step in troubleshooting is to clear browser cache/cookies.

  For about a week, I could not open Palm Desktop 6.0. An error message "request to the could start." Could not find UserData.dll' I tried to reinstall and remove the application, but it fails with the message "failed to load DLL:HSAPI. The installation program will end now.

  Once you have uninstalled the Palm Desktop go to the Editor registry START > RUN > type REGEDIT
