  Unfortunately Firefox Home receives information only and does not download anything. That said, if you still have the recovery key you can backup your data if it's in our servers: How can I add a device to Firefox Sync?

  Word document simple single page prints OK. Do not print the most complex word document (including the table), PDF files, etc. There is no error message and the task bar shows printer but with zero print jobs; nothing is displayed.

  I have Norton 360 anti virus installed.

  Others families (using computers laptops not HP) seem to have no problem.

  Can anyone offer any solution?

  I don't know if this was the problem (or why it would be) but I have experienced by changing the IP address of the auto to static, then back to auto. The printer then had an IP from that initially assigned when first implemented. But now it seems that it prints all documents and PDF files.

  By the way, the print HP and Scan Doctor never found any problems and always says that the printer was fine.

  Given that I've upgraded to OsX Lion my HP Photosmart Plus B210 stopped working corrctly.

  I uninstalled and reinstalled but ntohing worked.

  The report of the printer tells me that my printer is connected correctly.

  Have you installed using the installation disc?

  If so, make sure to install the Compatible Lion software below:

  First, uninstall completely any software installed:

  * Please note that the following steps will delete all HP software installed.
  1. click on menu go (click the desktop, then watch the menu in the bar at the top of the page)
  2. Select Applications
  3 select the Hewlett-Packard folder
  4. double-click on uninstall HP application
  5 follow the uninstall to prompt to select a device to uninstall
  6. press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall
  7 approve any prompt to uninstall all HP software.

  Then download and install the Lion software for your printer below:

Recently, my customer migrated from Lotus notes to Outlook (version 2010) and cannot receive my email from my iMac. Only they can, however, make from my iPad. It's the explanation of their IT Department. "I have recently gone from Lotus to Outlook. When I was on Lotus our security does not come into conflict. When I migrated to Outlook the Outlook security is that collide with your security is why I do not receive emails sent through your computer. Safety on the iPad is different and is compatible with my computer which is why emails sent from your iPad come to me. "We tried to check SPAM, junk mail, basic troubleshooting. I'm not big on technique and I need to be able to send this email to the person of my computer. Help, please!

  Is the address of the customer e-mail different since he switched to Outlook? If so, have you changed his e-mail address in your Contacts? My guess is when you type an email to that customer and you start to overlay in his name in the of: domain, Mail automatically fills to its OLD yahoo.com email address.

  If you have two email addresses on your iMac for this customer - one for his old account from yahoo.com and one to his new Outlook account, delete the OLD e-mail address to your Contacts.

  I noticed your post that you can't get your HP Envy to print from your iPad or your office. I am pleased to see that for you!

  What is the model number for your HP Envy? How can I find my model or printer number?

  What is the operating system on the desktop, Windows or Mac? What version? http://www.whatsmyos.com.

  To confirm that the hardware of the printer is functional, you are able to make a copy with the glass of the scanner of the printer? Copy of Documents.

  In the meantime, please try a hard reset by following the steps in this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector.

From what I've read online, the 'Direct HP Wireless' function will create its own network to allow this communication.  It seems that the HP 8600 pro has this feature.  However, I can't find out much about it. Anyone can check it should work: a 4gl ipad and no network to the 8600 pro printing.

  Is not possible.

  You could do a screen capture button Home and sleep/wake button at the same time. It will be stored in your camera roll. You can print that.

  The HP ePrint application home & Biz allow you to print the Documents, images and Web Pages only, it does not support printing of email.

  In order to obtain the desired function, I suggest you search the App Store for any printing application to 3rd party who support printing of electronic mail.
