I cannot produce a "DVD with titles", 4 slide shows.

I selected slideshows and begun the process in DVD to post-secondary studies. I found that the PSE will only accept slide shows in 1 group and will not let me add slideshows later (not support and/or codec missing). Some slides get turned to 90 deg when put in PSE and a photo is not accepted, even if it is in jpg format, which are all other photos. Unclear why this should be.

Initially tried to combine slideshows with vidoe project (of which the aide said guide is possibel), but to find any which way I started (slide show or video) format added is considered bundles. Can't see why there is a problem.

Do you mean the Premiere Elements? You can not any kind of DVD video in PSE, only the horrible VCD format. PRE has its own forum, which is here:

http://forums.Adobe.com/community/premiere_elements

and you will get the best answers to questions PRE it. Good luck!

Why you n t use other programs like WinDVD or PowerDVD to play the DVD and watch DVD movies?
The WinDVD must be installed on most of the newer Toshiba laptops.

  • Cannot read the DVD with Windows Media Player

Running WIndows Server 2008 R2.  Desktop experience is responsible.  In my view, that it includes Windows Media Player V12.

Try to play the DVD.  The message "setting resolution".  Setting resolution does not help.

Installed K-Lite Codec Pack full.  Get the same message on the resolution setting.  Uninstall K - Lite Codec Pack now I get ' WMP cannot play the DVD because no compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.

I'm a novice and dangerous, so no "step-by-steps" would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi MarkMann,

Your question of Windows is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for Windows Server on TechNet. Please post your question in the TechNet Windows Server forum.

  • Help with Compositions or slide show Widgets

I am trying to create a slide show in which I can integrate 4-5 buttons in each cell of the slide. If one of the buttons in a display cell is clicked before a cell turns during the presentation, the button would open the page linked to that special touch. The goal is to create several slides in the slide show and each cell slideshow would contain links to button 4-5 each with different destinations.

Is this possible with the Composition of the Muse or slideshow Widgets?

I tried to explain in the video:

    Dropbox - Screencast 2014-05 - 11.mp4

You can use the options available for the change of the transition of the images in the slide show.

    Thank you

  • Help with captions, in slide shows

I am struggling with trying to figure out how to customize the size and the location of the legend boxes within each image in a slide show. It seems that, once an initial caption box has been set in the first image, it appears in images to the same location and size, with no way to control them individually. I forgot something? Is there a way to customize the size and location of all the legends in a slide show? Your help/advice would be greatly appreciated.  ~ Thank you

MCO, I had the same question and it has helped me:

Thumbnail with release of the slide show:

    1. go to slide show options and check the thumbnail option. (Doing so the tiles will become visible)

    2. follow the same steps given under "Slideshow with thumbnail" updated legends

    3. once the captions are up to date, go to slide show options and disable thumbnails.

(If your slideshow thumbnails, just use to select individual screens, where you can change your captions)

  • Cannot use recovery DVD with my Satellite Pro A300D

When I arrived at my laptop set up the way I like it, and I created a recovery disk which took the 2 DVD s.
Then Vista started to slow down a lot so I decided to use the disc and everything started to go well then he asked for two drive and it came with an error message saying that the file was missing to complete the Setup program couldn't t.

So now I can t get in the menu to restore it to the State when I had and the disks that I don t work.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello buddy

It is badly located now. Please try to do it once more.
If the same thing happen there is nothing you can do. I'm not an expert for this kind of thing, but I noticed the image recovery recovery DVD will be copied to the HARD second partition disk) first and then the installation of recovery will go from there.

If the adaptation procedure is not done on the recovery of end procedure cannot be started.
Sorry buddy. In my opinion, you can try to contact the nearest authorized maintainer and explain the situation. Take the DVD created as evidence and maybe they will order new media for free.

    Good luck!

    Waiting for your valuable response.

It s pretty cool that you post the log file but I doubt that it could be useful.
To my eyes the CD/DVD drive is faulty or the CD that you used are not entirely compatible.

I had some burning questions with my CD/DVD drive, but I could solve this problem by using a different CD and DVD from another manufacturer.
I have read that many people recommend using TDK CD - R or DVD - R media.
I checked these discs and my drive supports it fully.

Maybe you should try it too.

    Welcome them

  • Cannot write a DVD with my A60!

    Dear all,

I wrote a DVD for 6 or 7 months with my A60 with no problems. File has now been installed and has stopped working. I installed Nero and it's the same thing. He still writes CD but not DVD. I uninstalled Nero and handed Record now but no change. The software recognizes the DVD in the drive, but gives me an error and stops after 30 seconds. In addition, there is has nothing demonstrating the existence of a DVD-ram installed when I click on D:. I can read only CD drive.

Can someone help me to solve my problem? I'm desperate! Thank you.

  • Is it possible to produce a DVD full screen jpg slideshow with Premiere Pro and still?

I can produce a DVD with black bars.  I can produce a DVD that helps broaden my jpg to much larger than the screen of the TV.  If you prefer I can write pages of all the options, I tried.  But I don't see how that will help.

First Pro can do pictures showing DVD which have been expanded beyond the edges of the screen of the TV, using Adobe Dynamic Link, and 'create a new sequence of the clip' media to import Panel.  If it is technically possible to do both, too big and too small.  My JPEG files is produced by lightroom and exported as jpg size of a DSLR pro Nikon shooting raw and convert to DNG.  They are super WiFi Apple TV displays full screen on a Samsung 60 inch TV.  Not very good on Adobe DVD, at least not yet.  I am a member creative cloud so I almost all applications that might help.  I dumped microsoft for incompetence, after thirty years of grief.  I now use a MacBook Pro with a full load.  and OS X 10.10.5.    Otherwise, I wouldn't try to do it.

If I'm wasting my time, please let me know.

This use to work, when a TV where young and resolution was crap.  I think we went from this foggy world?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Howie

    A few thoughts:

    Jpg too big?

I could use a good reference text.

And please no classroom in a book thing.

A DVD is 720 x 756 or 480 x 576 for NTSC. Is nothing, that you can change in this regard.

If you want to make a slide show for television, make in 1920 x 1080 and export it in this resolution to mp4 to play on a media player attached to the TV.

Modern TV´s have same slots usb for portable flash players.

  • Burning DVDs with Windows Media Center

Why does take so long to burn a dvd of a movie that I recorded with Windows Media Center Vista?

Is there another way to upload videos/movies recorded with Windows Media Center on a dvd?

I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64.

What determines how long it will take to burn the DVD?

The following factors play a role in how long it will take to burn a DVD:

    • Available system resources on your computer. The speed of your computer processor, the amount of available disk space and amount of RAM play a role in determining how long it will take to encode the video and burn it to a DVD.

    • The speed of your DVD burner, as well as the type of recordable DVD media you are using. A faster DVD burner with faster recordable DVDs results in a decreased once burning, compared to burning a DVD with a DVD burner slower more slowly the recordable DVD.

    • The length of the video on the DVD. When you use Windows Media Center to create a DVD, all the video and audio must be converted to a file format audio and video that a DVD player can decode and play. Long videos take longer to burn.

You can include digital images and music on the DVD when creating a slide show. Photos and music are encoded in the MPEG-2 and Dolby audio, Digital video format and consequently, they will increase the time it takes to create and burn slide show DVD.

There are always third-party programs to watch, things like Nero or Roxio, but they are expensive, unless you get them delivered with a new DVD player.

  • Pls help: using Windows DVD (& Vista Home Premium) - can I burn more than a 'slide show' on a single DVD disc?

I use DVD Maker (& Vista Home Premium).  Can I burn more than one slideshow on a single DVD disc?

I saved 3 different 'projects', each has 10-15 images.
When I use the screen 'Add items' to try and add these 3 different projects on my DVD I wind up just with a great slide show, which has 30-40 pictures in.
What I want on this DVD is a separate slide show for each of the 3 projects.
So can I implement a Menu of this DVD, which allows me to choose which of the 3 projects (slide shows) that I want to watch?
Can I do this?  If so, how?
    Thank you!!!

    ==========================================
    It's a matter of time.

Save each project in the. Film WMV format. Then you can import
the three films in DVD Maker files and each of them will be a chapter...
This way, you will have a menu.

Once the DVD-video is encoded you cannot add additional files
    the DVD.

If you need information on how to save... validate your version of Movie Maker.
