I change my hard disk 500 GB, he had a particion front and right is now read 300gh, how do I retrieve the disc?

I tried to format it, but the phone told me I don't have enough authority.

Hello

·         What is the brand and model of hard drive?

·         Internal or external HDD that you use?

Method 1:

You can try to fix this by checking a disk or disks to find errors.

I suggest to follow the steps outlined in the article below and check if it helps to solve the problem:

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors

Method 2:

I recommend you change the drive letter for the drive and check if it solves the problem.

a. Click Start on the taskbar, and then right click on my computer on the desktop or in the start menu then click on manage.

b. under computer management, click Disk Management.

c. in the list of drives in the right pane, right click on the removable device and then click on change drive letter and paths.

d. click on edit and in the drop-down list box, specify a drive letter for the removable device, choosing one that is not assigned to the mapped network drives.

e. click OK, and then click OK again. To assign a drive letter if it has not already received, click Add, click the letter you want to use, and then click OK.

Method 3:

You can also check out the article below and check if it helps:

Formatting disks and drives

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/formatting-disks-and-drives

Note: Formatting erases all existing files on a hard drive. If you format a hard drive with files it contains, the files will be deleted. Make sure that you back up all your important data.

Thank you and best regards,

    Hello.

    (1) you should have no problem with the update of the system after the upgrade of your player.

    (2) change the Player won't empty your warranty as long as you don't cause damage by improper installation.

the player is called a "self-service CRU" (CRUS by). If you look at the hardware maintenance manual pg98 (http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=UM006394), you will see that the disk is not #5 in the exploded view. a page to the bottom, you will see a single * in the RAW Id column for the items in the list #5. Scroll to pg97 and you will see the definition of a "CRU" self-service ".

  • Restores possible OneKey Rescue button on change of hard disk physical?

I am a very new user of lenovo and recently bought an Ideapad Y460.

The default hard drive is 500 GB with a speed of 5400 RPM.

I wanted to change my hard drive to an SSD hard to increase performance.

Before doing so, I created a set of recovery plant (3 DVDs) discs using the pre-installed OneKey Rescue System.

I am aware that for the button OneKey Rescue work, the system must have a separate with the original disk image partition.

My question is that if I install a new hard drive, the recovery of the DVD discs recover the original function of my laptop, returns to its new factory-installed state?

The OneKey recovery will work properly?

The recovery disks sutomatically will make the hidden partition, the C and the disks on my new SSD?

The end user is able to do?

    Hello

You cannot use the 3.5 HARD drive
Qosmio F50 supports SATA 2.5 HARD disk

Usually it s HARD drive no matter what speed it is.
Important are the specifications mentioned above; 2.5 and SATA interface.

    With regard to the guarantee.

  • Cannot open acrobat 9 pro after upgrade mac and change of hard disk

I worked with the Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat Prop 9 years without any problem. Recently, I had to put my mac OS to El Capitan and replace the hard drive. Even though I reinstalled all data and programs of a time machine back up the new disk, since this happened my pro reader adobe acrobat does not open. It freezes. I don't know it is a compatibility issue with El Capitan or a problem created from the new hard drive, but I would appreciate anyone help and advice on how to solve this problem.

    Thank you.

There is not acrobat reader pro.  There is acrobat pro (costs money and you have a serial number) and adobe reader (free and no series number).

assuming that you have acrobat pro, uninstall everything which is currently installed by using the adobe uninstaller program.

then install properly using your serial number and the installation file.  also, you need allow unidentified publishers:

If your installation DVD disc is prior to Sp1, and you have the SP1 is installed on your computer, you will need to uninstall SP1 to finish the upgrade on the spot and then reinstall the necessary windows updates. This applies if you have SP2 also.

  • Re-install Windows 7 after the main table and the change of hard disk.

I had starting problems with my office. If all goes well, a technician isolated the problem and told me that I need a new motherboard, on order right now.

Once it is installed, and I hope that everything ok, I intend to make use of a hard 'bigger' disc, I bought earlier and reinstall Windows 7.

I am likely to receive queries from Microsoft during the 'already used product key' and thought, the operating system goes on another computer, what isn't? Microsoft do not use the IP address to identify?

Second, a new hard drive requires formatting? I remember well the installation of a friend of an OS on a new hard drive has been put in shape was unnecessary, really a case of follow the instructions generated by the CD.

Once, I am sure that the system works properly, I hope so to follow a command prompt for Windows 10 upgrade.

    Thank you.

Retail OEM normally is not able to migrate, but die with the first motherboard to be installed on, however, there are reports of MS phone activation of exceptions, so it's interesting to try activating a clean reinstall Windows 7 with this product first key.

If she rejects the activation, open an elevated command type slui 4, press ENTER, follow the instructions for the activation of the phone, explain to the officer that you have installed the wrong version to see if they will make an exception.

You can work around the disc and download the free trial from the page linked below.  Then use your serial number to activate the software to use fully.

  • Activation problem with hard disk containing Vista deleted from a computer dead and installed in a work computer.

Problem: HP laptop with Vista installed suffers an untimely death. The installed hard drive with Vista is still OK. Hard disk has been removed from the HP laptop and then installed in an old Dell laptop. Windows Vista is complaining that Vista is not valid and must be activated. I get the activation from valid product key and the activation utility responds with an error 0xC004E003 code and will not activate. Microsoft does not support chat or e-mail for Vista and I can not even a phone number to talk to a human being. I think I should be able to remove Vista from a computer and run it on another without Microsoft having a problem with it. What should I do for this? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Property to true. An OEM Vista license does "die with the computer. Conditions of licence for the version of Windows 8 have changed compared to the terms for the most comparable Windows 7 or Vista or XP. In my opinion, the terms are now even more restrictive, more or less.

Good luck exploring alternatives to the BONE. Some Linux distributions are well worth a visit. Ubuntu, Suse and Mint are quite simple to install on a wide range of material. I'm not familiar with the Apple/Mac or Android offers, but many speak well of them.
