    Sound problems can be caused by cables that are not connected properly, damaged drivers, incompatible drivers, sound settings, missing updates and problems with your sound card.

    I suggest you to external speakers as peripheral by default and check if that helps:

    1. In the area of notification of taskbar beside the date and time system, right click on the speaker icon and select playback devices.
    2. In the sound dialog box that is displayed on the playback tab, click speakers/headphones playback device to select it and activate the buttons below.
    3. Click Properties, and then in the speakers/headphones Properties dialog box that appears, under the Advanced tab, click default settings.
    4. Click apply or OKand you're good to go until you try to reconnect the headphones or speakers.

    Step 1: Start by checking if the default sound device is set correctly.

    a. Click Start type sound in the box start the search.

    b. click sound in the results of search at the top of the start menu.

    c. click the reading notice the check mark next to the default device. For most users, the default device is speakers. Change the default device with headphones.

    d. Select the audio device you want to the default audio device and then click on set as default.

    e. click OK to save your settings and close the sound dialog box.

    Choose speakers you have in your output device

    Click levels (tab)

    check if the value is 100% >

    GoTo Enhancments > select Loudness balancing

    Apply and OK

    I added the router (RV220W) to the existing company LAN to test QuickVPN. The company LAN has a Small Business Server as a DHCP server and another router as the default gateway. The company LAN the subnet 192.168.1.0/24*, the cisco wan router has the subnet 192.168.103.0/24 and my VPN client is connected to a hotspot wifi with the same wan and LAN 192.168.3.0/24. The LAN of the cisco router address is 192.168.1.1.

    * I know now, 192.168.1.0/24 is the worst possible choice for a net business, but I didn't when I installed the Small Business Server. I'll try to change it to something like 10.123.45.0/24 later.

    You can reach a PC in the LAN of RV220, because the default gateway is not RV220.

    This is what happens: the PC with fast VPN (for example IP: 192.168.103.10) is ping a PC with IP 192.168.1.10, via the VPN tunnel. Once the request arrives at the 192.168.1.10 PC, this PC sends the response to its default gateway (because don't have a direct connection to the 192.168.103.X network). If the default gateway is RV220, he'll know that the response should be returned via the VPN tunnel to the customer, but if it's another machine, it will just drop the package.

    In this case this another router (default gateway) must be configured with a static route, saying that subnet 192.168.103.x has as default gateway - 192.168.1.1 (RV220).

    As long as the IP address of the VPN machine fast is the same, it's ok. But if you move this PC to another local network, you will have again the problem.

    So if you plan to change the LAN IP of the fast VPN machine, I recommend using instead the Shrew VPN, where you can configure virtual IP on the client, that does not need to change.

    When I plug my headset it warns me that I plugged a device into the audio jack, but it does not recognize their peripheral slot of reading. I did a quick search on google and came back a lot of results that said I might have accidentally uninstalled the driver, or perhaps I could try to update. I know that I did not remove the driver because it still shows on my computer Realtek High Definition Audio Driver or something. I checked to see if it had to be updated but its up-to-date so I tried to reinstall it to buuuut that does not work either. Is not the headphones because I have tried several different pairs and its all the same. The sound games through the speakers very well it's just when I try to listen to headphones is no sound
