  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  How about if you change the settings of the router wireless. Change the width of the channel at 20 Mhz and select 9 as the standard channel under the 2.4 Ghz settings. For 2.4 GHz wireless security settings, you must set the security settings wireless personal WPA2 and AES as the encryption.
