  If that does not help the problem, a sequel to the above listed link I would do a hard rest is: while the printer is on, pull on the power cord to the printer and the wall. After 30 seconds reconnect power to the wall and printer. This will trigger a 'dirty power upwards' and restoring the printer to a State well known (if possible). No user settings are lost with a "hard reset." I'm pulling directly the instructions for this process of a hardware instruction guide. I'm sticking to it would have shown here Word for Word.   I suggest you try the given below steps that would help you to view the details of the driver.

  (a) type devmgmt.msc into the search box start and press enter.

  (b) in the Device Manager, right click on the device you need to display the version.

  (c) select Properties.

  (d) click the driver tab and display the version of the driver in the Driver Details.
