I get an error BIOHD-4 when diagnostics tests the path of startup. How can I fix it?
I'm rebuilding my Pavillion e9220y office but the hardware test has shown that the error BIOHD-4 and "failed" beside the path of startup test. How should I do? Please provide details. Thank you!

This error message tells you that the disk hard is unable or has failed. If it still works, should make a backup of your personal data. Then, you can use the player before fails or replace it immediately. Personally, I would replace him.

I can send & receive emails. I can't send documents or photos. I get an error that says: there is no associated messaging program to perform the requested action. I experienced this for a few weeks. On almost every search. He always goes to the same page of YouTube to a video YouTube - but I NEVER searched for that info. I read that it is a virus or Trojan or a sort of malware it is very difficult to get rid of. A user suggested the ONLY way he could get rid of it was completely uninstall Firefox and reinstall. If I need to uninstall and reinstall, can how cheap (free?) software I use to uninstall every vestige? More important still, how can I be sure to save all my favorites, usernames and passwords somewhere to reinstall later? Or, is there an easier way to fix this wobbly redirection?
