  Red + the way there is more text than is view - or overset text.  You can extend the text box to enable all to show, or create another text box and pour the rest in that one.

  Uninstall and reinstall the device.

  a. Click Start.

  b. in the type of search box of start of "devmgmt.msc" and press ENTER.

  (c) in Device Manager, look for the device that has an error and expand the device with the error.

  d. right-click on the device with the error and uninstall.

  I would ask you to contact the manufacturer of the computer for the installation of Windows XP CD and run the sfc scan to check if any system files are corrupt and can be replaced.
