  Could you please copy the images of Dropbox in a new folder on the computer/pictures folder.

  Also, then try again to import images into Lightroom and also please check if you have read and write permissions on the images.

  I had to remove the regedit.  for some reason the mail windows refuses to unassociate so go to regedit, I don't like playing with regedit, but it worked, I deleted and then again, all ok now.

  Hi 544Help.  Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click on start and type cmd in the box "search programs and files". Cmd.exe will appear at the top of the Menu.
