  In fact I know there. At the time where as I write this there are no 64-bit version of Flash Player. So, if you need to view a Web site that uses Flash, then you will need to use the 32 - bit IE version. at least for now. I'm sure that Adobe is going to release a 64 bit version of Flash Player at the end of January when Vista shipped to consumers. But then again, maybe not since Vista x 64 works 32-bit IE by default.

  1. start from the CD. You may need to change the first boot to a CD device in the BIOS.   Hi, I just bought BBC Get Active in French.  I live in France and I have Windows 8.1.  Video on this CD does not work, or not the speech, and he tells me that the program is incompatible.   Hello again, just to make it count that I finally solved myself the problem by reinstalling QuickTime 6 in version 7, but I think the problem was to DO NOT to install it via the program itself, but to install itself as a separate installation, I think I read this somewhere in the course of my research, but at this point I could not remember which way I had installed it.  Hope this will help someone else in the future.

  If compatibility is not successful, then try and run the program compatibility problems:

  1. open the program compatibility problems by clicking on the Start button.

  Then click on Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooting, and then click Troubleshooting. Under programs, click run of programs for previous versions of Windows.

  2. follow the instructions in the troubleshooting.

  If you are unable to install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the Troubleshoot utility, navigate to the program setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. This utility is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.

  If this does not work, you will need a compatible with Windows 7 software. You will have to perhaps contact the manufacturer and see if they have updated the software to run on Windows 7.
