  When I click on FF... Print... Print or ff... Print... Print preview all the get is the hourglass, then FF freezes(not responding) every time. Never had this problem before the update.   Since the upgrade to 4.0.1 I have lost Norton toolbar with secure identity, I spoke with Norton and they say I need to revert to a previous version because they have no solution. However, this problem is on my laptop XP Pro only. My office has the same version and everything works OK. I have since checked troubleshooting info and noticed that norton extensions are listed on both computers with ID but one office is registered as activated. This problem can be solved on my laptop to find norton (who works on another PC) or have I not other choices reloading to an earlier version of firefox and if yes what is the easest wy for this with no loss of bookmarks etc.

  As I said this is a problem since the last update. I was able to get flash working in earlier versions. Flash works in the Debian version of FF "Iceweasel".

  You must use the same Flash plug-in to make it work (32 bit Flash with 32-bit Firefox).

  There are two main reasons for the mistakes of certificate:

  1. Your computer's time is not set correctly.  Check your time year/month/day/hour/minute/timezone/light of day.  Right-click on the clock in your taskbar and select "set Date/time" and make sure you are ready approximately 5 minutes of real time (don't forget time zone and DST).
  2. The second reason is that Windows XP is not very good for updating root certificates.  Go to the following site:

     and go down to the section:
     'Update Package root (designed for Windows XP only)'
     There is a link, you can use to download a update for your root certificates package.  Download this package and double-click it to update.

  Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application then go to preferences then sign out and then sign back with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription photographers, that is to say the same e-mail address and password.
