I have an inspiron which will remain not connected to wireless internet but another computer works perfectly
I have a Dell inspiration that will remain not connected to the internet wireless, but the other computer
Are the two computers to the same distance from the router? How many bars do you plan to connect? You use without wireless - G or wireless-N? Try clicking on the bars (next to the lower-right clck) then click on Open network and sharing Center, then click on wireless network connection and see that the number of MB/s is just above the bars in the middle of the right. You should see something like 54 Mbps and at least 2 or 3 bars.
Good luck.

WRT54G v.5 will remain not connected to the new laptop / Windows 7 Premium
WRT54G v.5 will remain not connected to the new laptop / Windows 7 Premium. It works continuously with a cycle detection, connection, loss of connection; detection, connection, loss of connection, etc... The router works through this cycle, basically acting as if I disconnected and then reconnected to the power to reset, it disrupts my Internet connection to my Wired iMac and wireless, another office to the floor. Paid for Linksys support today and through remote access, he put up a new network on my desktop (iMac). After finishing, the problem still exists. When I told him that the problem had not been corrected, he said just wait an hour or two and it should work itself. She, of course, did not himself. Any ideas out there?
Nevermind - I seem to have solved the problem with a simple firmware. Funny how the Linksys technician support don't think to ask what version of the router I have or suggest that I should try to upgrade firmware first. However, he is quite good at trying to upsell me for a new router instead of trying to help me solve the problem I had. It makes me want to go buy Netgear next time, thanks a lot!

Guests who will remain not connected to vCenter
4.1.0 ESXi and vCenter 4.1.0
We have four hosts in a cluster, two have no problem while the other two will remain not connected to vCenter. I checked all that in the article 1003409 (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US & cmd = displayKC & externalId = 1003409) and found no problem.
Four servers are IBM x 3690 X 5 and all are connected to the same four SAN LUNS, the only difference is that for problem servers management interfaces are on a different subnet, but the port UDP 902 is open between them and the vCenter server. I can reconnect manually, but they will be disconnected again in a minute or two.
Does anyone have ideas beyond what is in the article 1003409 that I can check?
Thank you
Darryl
Make sure you have port 902 open TCP , as well as UDP.
See this article: http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/documentLinkInt.do?micrositeID=&popup=true&languageId=&externalID=1012382
Regarding the 902 TCP port:
vCenter Server system uses to send data to managed hosts. This port should not be blocked by the firewall between the server and the host or between hosts
If the problem persists, I would try to remove the host to vCenter inventory, add new. Who's going to reinstall agents vCenter on the hosts.
EDIT: This particular excerpt was taken from the entrance to vCenter 5.x, but the same is true for vCenter 4.x (it is high on the table). To be clear, you 902 TCP and UDP open both vcenter for hosts, host to vCenter and host to host.

About 1 year ago, I helped set up Firefox on my mother's computer. It worked fine until a couple of days. Now, he is more connected to the internet. The system is Windows XP, service pack 3. Internet Exporer connects to the Internet on this computer. Also, I have another computer with Firefox and it works without problem, wireless. We tried to remove Firefox and then reload and which did not help. We receive no error message. Internet and Firefox simply do not seem to see each other.
Sounds like a firewall issue, seems to affect

My laptop has not been used for a year and now does not connect to wireless internet?
My wife's cell phone has recently been repaired (power Cable plug damage) and has been missing for a year. We both used my laptop which connects to the internet just fine. The laptop connects to the network but does not connect to the internet. I tried all suggestions that our Windows Diagnostics, as well as other ideas for myself but had no chance. The continuous diagnostic message to read "cannot communicate with primary DNS 194.168.4.100 server. My only thought is that perhaps because of the amount of time it has been used as the network driver can be updated, although I don't know how to upgrade without connecting to the net?

(2) in the run window, type "wsreset. exe«and then click on the button ok . » It will clear all hide all Windows store.Follow the method if the problem still persists below.
Method 2: Temporarily disable all security software, then check to see if that solves the problem.
Temporarily disable anti-virus software or other security software installed on your computer.Warning: security software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 3: Run the network troubleshooter
