  Make sure that your router is set to a fixed channel wireless as the 1, 6 or 11, never 'auto '.  Try channel 1 first and then the other one at a time.  Make sure that the printer and the router are spaced at least 5 feet.

  However, if you have a gateway device (modem + router), all gateway devices are terrible for connectivity and wireless performance.   If this does not work, suggest you put this bridge in full bridge mode device and install your own router of high quality that YOU have full control over.

We rebooted the modem and the router as well, and the XBox 360 do not always connect.   I bought the receiver the other day and tried it on my computer. I installed the stuff that came on the disc, no problem. I plugged the receiver and tried to turn on the controller and it simply not picking up the controllers. I tried on all 3 of the controllers that I own, but nothing helped. I looked the problem on google and all say to install the new drivers on the "unknown device", but that doesn't seem to be the issue.   My computer doesn't pick up the 'Xbox 360 wireless receiver for Windows' device no problem. But when I try to sync the receiver with the controllers I get nothing.  He also says that I have driver 2.1.0.1349 if that helps

  Easy things first.  Turn off the router and the printer.  Turn on the router and wait 3 minutes.  Turn on the printer and see if it connects to your router.  Status?

  If no joy, temporarily disable all security in the router.  Now try to connect the printer to your SSID not guaranteed without password.  Status now?

  If OK, go back and add WPA2-AES with your simple password.  Status now?

  I guess that your router is secured by encryption (WEP or WPA / WPA2)
  Test WiFi connection without the use of WLan encryption settings.
  Turn off in the router settings and test the connectivity.

  Of course you need to do that just for test purposes because it s not advised to use the unsecured WiFi.

  Where you have no problem to connect the laptop to 'open' WLan, I recommend changing the encryption type.
