  I use a laptop Lenovo T400 with Windows XP SP3 and NEITHER 488.2 14.0 installed top. I plugged the laptop GPIB-USB-HS. It can be found in Device Manager normally but may not be properly recognized OR max. In addition, it is not found in resource NI VISA either. Please see attached picture. I reinstalled OR 488.2 and NI VISA. The problem is still there. Advice please? Thank you very much.

  To start we should watch the paper size the program tries to print to. navigate to the printer, once in the printer preferences preferences, you will want to go to features (although the exact name may vary depending on the printer). Features, it should be an option called paper size. Make sure that the paper size that is printing software is correct.

  Let me know the results of this and from there, we can go.

  I use an Imperx 210 L camera link camera 1427 PCIe card.  MAX sees the camera, but does not allow me to choose the file OK camera.  When I try, it says:

  The required bit stream is not compatible with this device

  However, if use the Imperx 1 M 48 - LC camera file, MAX does not complain.  What could I do it wrong?  I just reinstalled the VAS2009 package, without result.  Thanks in advance.
