  Thank you very much for your answers. As you suggest, I went to the help/updates and found that 3 points were scored update, Manager, 13 Photoshop and first elements 13 elements. On a hunch, instead uncheck one of them, I thought I'd see what would happen to let update all 3. It took a while, but, long story short, stopped the happy Vangogh and everything seems fine.   In addition to the steps above, you also follow instructions on the link below.

  In case you are working on a windows machine and after following the instructions above, you still encounter the same problem, can you please review the instructions below.

  1. Restart the computer in safe mode with network.
     • Immediately after the computer is turned on or restarts (usually after your computer beep), press F8 at 1-second intervals.
     • After that your computer displays hardware information and performs a memory test, the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
     • Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with network and press ENTER.
  2. Please sign out and sign back for the creative Cloud Desktop Application and verify that the subscription is not trial showing.
     • Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
  3. Restart the computer and check the creative Cloud Desktop Application.

  Try to select a different default printer and then back to the right printer and reset it by default and see if that helps.

  Note: we will not be able to remove all the photos on a CD (compact disc) because it is an unalterable format disk and this can be achieved from CD R-W(Compact Disk read and write).

  If you load the editor, when you get told updates and you click Update, it may take a while to get there.

  If you are on a Windows system, you can find that there is a flashing icon of user access control in your taskbar. I don't know about MAC systems.

  The normal definition of xml is the Extensible Markup Language and is the most used in the web development. There is no logical reason why scans contain xml in their breast.

  My lightroom was great before the crash to work and I have a lot of work still pending.

  You will need the catalog file and all your images. If you have also stored your images on which crashed HDD you will need to copy them as well.

  The default location of the LR catalog file is in your user name folder in the folder on the ROOT of the drive users

  Maximum machines, the license can be activated is 2. Somehow, it seems that on your side the same license can be activated on any 3rd machine as well.

  Activating the license on any other machine, please select the option to disconnect all other devices and try again.
