  To download and install the same software on the new machine, you will first need to disable the previous machine, and then turn on again with the same serial key.

  Please note: If you purchased a subscription Acrobat or a single user license, then you can install & activate on computers, for example, your desktop at the office and a laptop at home.

  You are allowed to activate the software on two computers. If this is your second installation on the new machine, the software should assign without problem.

  She will need CC instal the software first on the computer and connect you with the Adobe ID to activate. Then install the drivers for the Wacom tablet. It will then be able to use the tablet with the Creative Cloud software
