We have published a 19.0.1 hotfix that resolves this problem in discussion on this topic. Please apply the patch to your creative cloud application. The creative cloud application checks the update once a day, so you may see the update immediately. If you want to force the check for an update at the beginning please logout and log back into the creative Cloud application.

Yes, you do not have Adobe Design Premium CS5.5.
When you open Photoshop, there is a possibility of "license this software" you need to choose and enter your serial key to allow.
Once you enter your serial key, it should be allowed under your account and you do not have to buy it again.

now, I need to add a little extra clip at the beginning of the recorded movie. but when I have to add to the beginning (I just drag and drop it at the beginning), it seems to push all my effects of transitions and titles forwards in the film. If the titles that are supposed to before some clips are now pushed more in other clips or clips that appear later in the film!
is there a way to avoid this problem?

If publish you (save) project in the format of video .wmv
in a folder on your drive hard drive... and then reimport the .wmv
film of the file and drag it on the timeline (as a new project)...
the items will be more separated and you can add
