  The software remains on the computer, but does not work. Windows will try to launch it, always default. You would like to renew the subscription, or uninstall the software.

  Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.   You can check 6 Lightroom displays a blank blue screen with an X through it in the module development for all the photos of my reference.
