I know I have malware, but my anti-malware programs do not work
I don't know how I acquired it, but I currently have a program of malicious software called "Malware Defense" on my computer. He frequently appears, claims of malware outside himself and insists that I install. It opens internet explore in the background at all times (I noticed it in the Task Manager), and occasionally, he throws even a couple of shortcuts to pornographic sites on my desktop.
I tried several withdrawal methods already. Norton Antivirus is no longer at the start, boots and does not open when I click the .exe. Spybot-Search and Destroy does not open when I run. The Task Manager shows it under the 'process', but its window does not appear. I tried to download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, but once I downloaded it, the Installer did the same that Spybot did. As a last effort, I tried to use system restore. It let me get to the point where I could choose the restore point to restore, but when I got to the point where the system restore will actually begin the button 'Next' to activate it was dead. Clicking on it did nothing.
I think it's important to note that I did everything in that last paragraph in Mode safe, so this program extends somehow influence without even starting up.
So, how can I solve this one?

I doubt it.
You should never have more than one security product installed on the PC, providing active protection / scan. This can cause performance problems, system instability and conflicts between programs and can affect all installed antivirus product efficiency. Even if you try to have more than one product installed, with an asset and another disabled, disabled product will probably still active components and/or installation of the drivers installed that will conflict with any other antivirus program.

Even now, I noticed that when I am ready to post the question - computer automatically knew that I have windows 7 - Internet explorer 9. so computer works but on SOME things - he apparently thinks I have xp. is it possible that ALL the people that right click and check compatibility, it says 'windows xp' without concern if they windows 7 or not? have been emailing friends with windows 7 for you, please try and answer - but nobody will answer... I recommend you to uninstall Avast! & Comodo temporarily from Add / Remove Programs. Later, check to see if the problem persists.
To uninstall Avast!, you can use utility aswClear to uninstall Avast!.
